Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել է «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի մի խումբ անդամների կալանքի որոշումը փոխելու միջնորդությունը

Վերաքննիչ դատարանը քննել է Երևանում ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային ծառայության գունդը գրաված զինված խմբի անդամներից մի քանիսի կալանքի որոշումը փոխելու միջնորդությունները:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, դատարանը մերժել է Սմբատ Բարսեղյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու և կալանքի որոշումը չեղարկելու մասին՝ հանրային պաշտպանի ներկայացրած երկու միջնորդությունները: Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում Բարսեղյանի պաշտպան Ռուզաննա Սիրեկանյանն ասաց, որ Բարսեղյանը չի ցանկացել ներկա գտնվել նիստին, ինչի պատճառն իրեն հայտնի չէ: Ռուզաննա Սիրեկանյանը նաև հայտնեց, որ պատրաստվում է բողոքարկել դատարանի որոշումը:

Զինված խմբի անդամների համար ուտելիք տարած Արթուր Սարգսյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխելու մասին վերաքննիչ բողոքի քննությունը հետաձգվել է: Արթուր Սարգսյանի փաստաբան  Տիգրան Եգորյանը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում դա պատճառաբանեց տեխնիկական խնդիրներով: Արթուր Սարգսյանը նիստին ներկա չի եղել, թեև փաստաբանը նրա ներկայությունն ապահովելու հարցով միջնորդություն էր ներկայացրել: Սարգսյանի հարցով նիստը տեղի կունենա օգոստոսի 23-ին:

Դատարանը մերժել է նաև  «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ Թաթուլ Թամրազյանի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխելու մասին պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը։ Նրա փաստաբան Մոնիկա Մարգարյանը լրագրողներին ասաց, որ վարույթ իրականացնող մարմինը գտնում է, որ Թաթուլ Թամրազյանը կթաքնվի վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնից, կխոչընդոտի նախաքննությանը:

Վերաքննիչ դատարանը մերժել է «Սասնա ծռեր» զինված խմբի անդամ Պավել Մանուկյանի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոխելու՝ պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը։ Պավել Մանուկյանի փաստաբան Հարություն Բաղդասարյանը նշեց, որ իրեն հիմնավորման տեքստ դեռ չեն փոխանցել, սակայն ենթադրեց, որ հիմնավորումը նույնն է, որն արվում է նման բոլոր դեպքերում՝ կարող է խուսափել, թաքնվել, այլ արարք կատարել։

Դատարանը  քննել է  նաև «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ  Հովհաննես Վարդանյանի կալանքը չեղարկելու մասին բողոքը: Հովհաննես Վարդանյանի փաստաբան Անուշ Մխիթարյանը հայտնեց,  որ իր պաշտպանյալին առնչվող հարցով վերաքննիչի որոշումը կհրապարակվի առաջիկա երկուշաբթի օրը:
