Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Գավառի զինկոմիսարիատի բժշկական ստուգում անցկացնող հանձնաժողովի անդամի կողմից նորակոչիկին տարկետում տրամադրելու համար կաշառք վերցնելու դեպքի առթիվ:

Ըստ Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի՝ Գավառի զինկոմիսարիատի զորակոչիկների բժշկական ստուգում անցկացնող հանձնաժողովի կազմում ընդգրկված Դավիթ Գրիգորյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա ձմեռային զորակոչից տարկետում տրամադրելու հարցը լուծելու պատրվակով, իր պաշտոնական դիրքն օգտագործելով, զորակոչիկի հայր Արայիկ Գարգրցյանի վստահությունը չարաշահելով՝ նրանից ստացել է 1500 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Արայիկ Գարգրցյանին էլ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա Դավիթ Գրիգորյանին տվել է 1500 ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ իր որդի Ժորա Գարգրցյանի օգտին կաշառքի դիմաց զինվորական ծառայությունից տարկետման իրավունք վերապահող հետազոտման ակտ տալու համար:

Դավիթ Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի(Խարդախությունը) 2-րդ մասի 1.1 կետի եւ 2.5 կետի հատկանիշներով: Սա պատժվում է տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի չորսհարյուրապատիկից յոթհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ երկուսից վեց տարի ժամկետով եւ տուգանքով՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի առավելագույնը հիսնապատիկի չափով կամ առանց դրա:

Վերջինիս գրավի դիմաց ազատ են արձակել:

Զորակոչիկի հայրն էլ մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 312-րդ հոդվածի(Կաշառք տալը) 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով: Այն նախատեսում է նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից չորսհարյուրապատիկի չափով տուգանք կամ երկուսից հինգ տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկում:

Նրան ստորագրությամբ ազատ են արձակել:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի`օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
