Շատ մարդկանց մոտ կյանքի ընթացքում առաջանում են անվերահսկելի տագնապներ, որոնք պայմանավորված են այս կամ այն իրավիճակից, հիշողություններից, վատ փորձից։ Այսպիսի վախերն անվանում են ֆոբիաներ։ Նրանց առաջանալու պատճառը դժվար է բացատրել, բայց դրանցից կարելի է ազատվել տրամաբանության օգնությամբ։ Դրա համար կամքի ուժ և ցանկություն է հարկավոր։
