Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուն հայտարարել է, որ երկրում հուլիսին իրականացված ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձի համար երբեք չեն մեղադրել ԱՄՆ կառավարությանը: Չնայած տարբեր թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներ հեղաշրջման փորձի համար պարբերաբար հնչեցնում են ԱՄՆ-ի կառավարությանն ուղղված մեղադրանքներ, Չավուշօղլուն խուսափել է բացահայտ մեղադրանքներից, գրում է t24.com.tr կայքը։
«Հեղաշրջման փորձն իրականացրած ահաբեկչական կազմակերպության (նկատի ունի Ֆեթուլահ Գյուլենի հիմնած «Հիզմեթ» («Ծառայություն») կրոնական կազմակերպությանը- Խմբ.) ղեկավարն ապրում է ԱՄՆ-ում: Մենք ԱՄՆ կառավարությունից պահանջել ենք, որ նրան հանձնեն Թուրքիային: Իհարկե, ԱՄՆ-ն, իր հերթին, մեզանից պահանջեց ապացույցներ: Մենք համապատասխան աշխատանքներ ենք տանում դրա հետ կապված, սակայն որպես քաղաքական գործիչներ՝ երբեք չենք հայտարարել, թե հեղաշրջման փորձի հետևում կանգնած է ԱՄՆ-ն: Չեմ ուզում տարբեր սցենարների մասին խոսել, թե ինչ կլինի, եթե Գյուլենին մեզ այդպես էլ չհանձնեն: Այսպես ասեմ` մեր և ԱՄՆ-ի հարաբերությունների վրա դա կազդի: Սակայն այս հարցում համագործակցության շուրջ առաջին քայլերն արդեն արված են»,- ասել է նախարարը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 15-ին Թուրքիայում տեղի էր ունեցել ռազմական հեղաշրջման փորձ, որը տապալվել է Էրդողանի կողմնակիցների կողմից: Հեղաշրջման փորձի համար Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը մեղադրում է «Հիզմեթ» («Ծառայություն») կրոնական շարժման հիմնադիր և իր հակառակորդ Ֆեթուլլահ Գյուլենին, ով ներկայում բնակվում է ԱՄՆ Փենսիլվանիա նահանգում:
Իր հարցազրույցում Չավուշօղլուն նաև անդրադարձել է ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններին ու նշել, որ դրանք բավականին դրական կերպով են զարգանում: Նա խոսել է նաև Սիրիայի մասին ու ևս մեկ անգամ նշել, որ իրենք նախկինի պես կողմ են Բաշար ալ Ասադի հեռացմանը
