Բոլոր ժամանակների ամենահմայիչ և տաղանդավոր դերասանուհիներից մեկը՝ Օդրի Հեփբերնը, իսկական նորաձևության թագուհի էր: Մինչև այսօր նրա հրաշալի կանացի կերպարը գրավում է միլիոնավոր մարդկանց: Դժվար կլինի հավատալ, բայց դերասանուհին իր կերպարը համարում էր սովորական:

Այսօր մենք ձեզ կներկայացնենք այդ հեքիաթային գեղեցկուհու գեղեցկության գաղտնիքները:

  1. Շատ ջուր խմեք

Հեփբերնի բոլոր ընկերները և կոլեգաներն ասում են, որ Հեփբերնը միշտ խորհուրդ էր տալիս շատ ջուր խմել, որպեսզի լավ կազմված ունենալ: Երևի թե Օդրիի գեղեցկության գլխավոր գաղտնիքը սա էր՝ շատ ջուր խմել, և ուտել մրգեր և բանջարեղեն:

  1. Հաճախակի մաքրեք ձեր օրգանիզմը

Ամեն ամիսը մեկ Օդրին մաքրում էր օրգանիզմը՝ մի ամբողջ օրը միայն միրգ, բանջարեղեն, կաթնամթերք և ջուր օգտագործելով: Օրգանիզմի նման մաքրումը օգնում էր դերասանուհուն վերականգնել իր բիոռիթմը հոգնեցուցիչ ճանապարհորդություններից:

  1. Միշտ կարտոֆիլ օգտագործեք
    Քանի որ դերասանուհին շոտլանդական ծագում ուներ, նա կարտոֆիլը համարում էր իր ամեն օրվա անբաժանելի մասը:

  2. Հաճախ դուրս եկեք մաքուր օդ շնչելու

Երբ Օդրիին հարցնում էին, թե որն է իմ ամենօրյա գեղեցկության գաղտնիքը, նա պատասխանել էր. «Քայլելը: Ես շատ եմ քայլում մաքուր օդում, թույլ եմ տալիս, որ օրգանիզմս շատ թթվածին կլանի: Դա այն ամենն է, որ ինձ պետք է:»

  1. Գեղեցիկ կեցվածք ունեցեք
    Հեփբերնը իր կարիերան սկսել է բալետով: Իսկ բալետի պարուհին պետք է պարապի ամեն օր թե՛ բեմում և թե՛ բեմից դուրս: Հենց այդ պատճառով պարը Օդրիի համար դարձավ երկրորդ բնություն և նա միշտ խորհուրդ էր տալիս ձիգ կեցվածք ունենալ և մեջքը միշտ ուղիղ պահել:

  2. Բնական դիմահարդարում օգտագործեք
    Իր տեսքի համար Օդրին նախընտրում էր մինիմալիզմը և դասականությունը:

  3. Վայելի՛ր ամեն օրը
    Օդրին շատ լավատեսական վերաբերմունք ուներ կյանքի հանդեպ և երբեմն նրան նմանեցնում էին միամիտ, փոքրիկ աղջկա: Նույնիսկ ինչ-որ նոր բաղադրատոմս գտնելը կամ կախազարդ գնելը նրան շատ էր երջանկացնում: Նա իսկապես գիտեր, թե ինչպես իր օրն ավելի պայծառ դարձնի:
    Նույնիսկ իր կյանքի վերջին օրերին դերասանուհին ասում էր իր որդուն. «Երբ ես ապաքինվեմ, մենք Ավստրալիա կգնանք: Այնտեղ շատ գեղեցիկ է:»
