Օգոստոսի 20-ին, ժամը 19.57-ին, ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ 55-ամյա Մարինե Գ.-ի տան վրա զինված հարձակում է կատարվում:

Ոստիկանության մամուլի ծառայությունիցNEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ ժամը 20.10-ին ոստիկանության Երեւան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ իրենց է զանգահարել Մարինե Գ.-ն եւ հայտնել, որ Կարեն Ս.-ի հորեղբոր որդին Վերին Արտաշատ գյուղում կրակել է իր որդու վրա:

Ժամը 20.55-ին ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ հիվանդանոցից իրենց հաղորդել են, որ կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի հրազենային, կոտորակային վնասվածքով շտապօգնության խումբը Վերին Արտաշատ գյուղից իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխել 27-ամյա Գագիկ Բ.-ին:

Մեկնած օպերատիվ խումբը պարզել է, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 19.45-ի սահմաններում, նշված գյուղի կենտրոնում, վիճաբանության ժամանակ, 51-ամյա Մհեր Ս.-ն իր մոտ եղած հրազենով կրակել է Գագիկ Բ.-ի կրծքավանդակին` պատճառելով կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի կոտորակային հրազենային վնասվածք:

Օգոստոսի 21-ին, ժամը 00.10-ին, բաժին է ներկայացել Մհեր Ս.-ն իր վարած «ՎԱԶ-2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով եւ ներկայացրել «ԻԺ» տիպի, 12 մմ տրամաչափի, մեկփողանի ողորկափող որսորդական հրացանը:

Մհեր Ս.-ն հայտնել է, որ իր ավտոմեքենայի միջից զրուցել է «ՎԱԶ-2103» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ղեկին նստած Գագիկ Բ.-ի հետ, որի ընթացքում իր որսորդական հրացանը տեղաշարժելու ժամանակ պատահաբար կրակվել եւ վնասվել է Գագիկ Բ.-ի ավտոմեքենայի հետեւի աջ դուռը, այնուհետեւ տեղեկանալով, որ կրակոցի հետեւանքով Գագիկ Բ.-ն վնասվածք է ստացել, ինքնակամ ներկայացել է բաժին:

«ՎԱԶ-2103»-ի աջ դռների միջնամասում առկա են հրազենի կրակոցի հետքեր:
