Ինչու՞ ենք մենք ընկնելու զգացողություն ունենում քնելուց

Համոզված եմ, բոլորիս մոտ էլ կյանքի որևէ պահին եղել է այնպիսի զգացողություն, կարծես թէ մենք ընկնելուց լինենք, սակայն իրականում մենք պառկած են մեր մահճակալին և պատրաստվում ենք քնել։ Այս հարցը հետաքրքրում է շատ մարդկանց և այդ իսկ պատճառով BlogNews – գտել է այդ ֆենոմենի գիտական բացատրությունը։

Մարդկանց մեծամասնության մոտ այս երևույթը տեղի է ունենում հանկարծակի և ստիպում է արթնանալ։ Իհարկե, հնարավոր է լսած լինե վարկածներ, թէ իբրև այդ պահին ձեր հոգին է դուրս գալիս ձեր մարմնին և այլն, սակայն այդ ամենը միանշանակ անհեթեթություն է։

Քնի ընթացքում մենք անցնում են 4 հաջորդական փուլերով, որոնցից էլ կազմված է քնի գործընթացը։ Անկման զգացումը տեղի է ունենում երբ մենք անցնում ենք քնի առաջին փուլով։ Այս ֆենոմենն ունի 2 հավասարահավանական վարկած.

Առաջին վարկածով, երբ մենք քնում ենք, մեր մկանները հանգստանում են և թուլանում և արդյունքում մեր ուղեղը փաստերի սխալ համադրություն է անում՝ և ստիպում մկաններին ձգվել՝ որպեսզի անկումը խափանվի։ Ըստ այս վարկածի, վերոնշյալ ռեֆլեքս մեզ մոտ պահպանվել է դեռ նախնադարից՝ երբ մենք ծառերի վրա ենք քնել, և օգնել է մեզ անվաս անցկացնել գիշերները։

Երկրորդ վարկածի համաձայն, մկանների թուլանալու ժամանակ դանդաղում է նաև սրտի աշխատանքը։ Այդ ժամանակ ուղեղը էլեկտրական իմպուլսներ է ուղարկում մարմնին՝ փորձելով վերագործարկել թվացյալ կանգ առնող սիրտը։ Հենց այս պահին է, որ մենք անհման զգացողություն ենք ունենում և արագ արթնանում ենք։

Իհարկե, թէ այս վարկածներից որն է ճշմարիտը, դեռ պարզ չէ, սակայն մի բան հաստատ է՝ անկման զգացողության ժամանակ մեզ հետ ոչ մի գերբնական երևույթ տեղի չի ունենում։
