Երևանում 26-ամյա երիտասարդը կացնով հարվածել է հյուրին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել են 26-ամյա երիտասարդի կողմից իրենց տանը կացնով մեկ այլ տղամարդու ծանր մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու հանգամանքները։ Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, նախաքննությամբ պա րզվել է, որ 26-ամյա երիտասարդը տուժած տղամարդու հետ ծանոթացել է 2015 թվականի հունվարի 22-ի ուշ երեկոյան՝ աշխատանք գտնելու ակնկալիքով, և միասին գնացել իրենց տուն՝ ընթրելու։ Ընթրիքին ներկա է եղել նաև երիտասարդի մայրը։

Ըստ քննության տվյալների, 2015թ-ի հունվարի 23-ին՝ ժամը 00:10-ից մինչև 02:55-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, տանը երեքով ընթրել են, օգտագործել օղի, որից հետո տղամարդը խնդրել է երիտասարդին թույլ տալ առանձնազրույց ունենալ նրա մոր հետ։

Բակում գտնվելու ընթացքում 26-ամյա տղան լսել է, որ տղամարդն իր մորն անպարկեշտ առաջարկություն է արել, ինչից բարկացել է, մտել տուն, մուտքի մոտ դրված կացնի բութ հատվածով հարվածել տղամարդու գլխի գագաթային շրջանին՝ պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ՝ գլխի գագաթային ներհրված կոտրվածք՝ սուբարախնոիդալ արյունազեղման ձևով: Ապա զանգահարել է շտապօգնություն և ոստիկանություն։ 

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 26-ամյա երիտասարդին  մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին, մեղադրական եզրակացությունը հաստատվել է, և գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան։
