«Այս տարվա հուլիսին անցած տարվա հուլիսի համեմատ տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը (ՏԱՑ) նվազել է 4.7 տոկոսով։ Այսպիսի տվյալ է երեկ հրապարակել ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայությունը։ Սա ռեկորդային ցուցանիշ է: Այս տարվա ընթացքում ՏԱՑ-ի անկում դեռ չէր գրանցվել։ Ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ առաջ ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը կառավարության նիստի ժամանակ ամփոփեց առաջին կիսամյակի ցուցանիշը և գոհունակությամբ հայտնեց, թե այդ ընթացքում տնտեսական ակտիվության աճը կազմել է շուրջ 4 տոկոս և հանձնարարեց նախարարներին այդ լավատեսական տվյալները ներկայացնել հանրությանը։ Նախարարները դեռ չեն ներկայացրել ու արդեն դժվար էլ ներկայացնեն։ Երկրորդ կիսամյակը սկսվում է շատ վատ ցուցանիշնեոով։ Գրեթե բոլոր ոլորտներում անկում է գրանցվել։ Ի դեպ. դեռ հայտնի չէ. թե ինչպես է հավաքագրվել ՀՀ պետական բյուջեն հուլիսին։ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն յուրաքանչյուր ամսվա սկզբին ներկայացնում է, թե որքան հարկ է հավաքվել նախորդ ամիս։ Այդպիսի հավաքագրումների մասին ՊԵԿ-ը մինչ օրս «համեստաբար» լռում է։ Վարչապետը փաստորեն աչքով է տվել»,–գրում է թերթը։
