Դատախազը հենց դատարանում ծեծի է ենթարկել մեղադրյալին ու վնասել աչքը.«Հայկական ժամանակ»

«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Կենտրոն եւ Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում երեկ «Անելիք» բանկի 32-ամյա իրավաբան Հովհաննես Աթանյանի սպանության գործով դատական նիստի ժամանակ միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել: Դատարանի դահլիճում գտնվող սպանվածի աներորդի Հայկ Պետրոսյանը, որը ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության ՀԿԳ քննության վարչության ավագ դատախազ է, դատական նիստի ժամանակ հարձակվել է գործով մեղադրյալ Մկրտիչ Պողոսյանի վրա եւ ծեծել նրան: Ծեծի հետեւանքով վնասվել է մեղադրյալի աչքը:
Սույն գործը քննում է դատավոր Արմեն Բեկթաշյանը: Սպանության դեպքը, հիշեցնենք, տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ին՝ Վարդանանց փողոցում: Գործով մեղադրյալ Մկրտիչ Պողոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 2015 թ. նոյեմբերի 24-ին Վարդանանց փողոցի թիվ 14 շենքի մոտ իր հետ նախապես վերցրած հրազենից մեկ կրակոց է արձակել «Անելիք բանկ» ԲՓԸ իրավաբանական եւ խնդրահարույց վարկերի վերադարձման վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Աթանյանի աջ թիկունքային շրջանին, որի հետեւանքով վերջինս ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից տեղում մահացել է:
1961 թ. ծնված Մկրտիչ Պողոսյանը 2015 թ. նոյեմբերին ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ոստիկանություն եւ հանձնվել: Իսկ որպես բանկի իրավաբանի սպանության դրդապատճառ ոստիկանությունն ասել էր, որ «մինչեւ կոկորդը հասցրել են, ինչ ունեցել է, խլել են իրենից»:
