«Երեկ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունը պաշտոնական հաղորդագրություն էր տարածել մեկ տարի առաջ տեղի ունեցած բռնությունների գործով: Պարզվում է` 2015 թվականի հունիսի 23-ին էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման դեմ կազմակերպված բողոքի ակցիայի ժամանակ լրագրողների դեմ բռնություն կիրառելու փաստի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով ոստիկանության 4 ծառայողների վերաբերյալ գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Մեղադրյալներից մեկը ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի N զորամասի հրթիռահրետանային սպառազինության ծառայության պետ, փոխգնդապետ Դավիթ Փերիխանյանն է, որը հունիսի 23-ին եղել է քաղաքացիական հագուստով:

2015թ. հունիսի 23-ին՝ ժամը 05:30-ի սահմաններում, երբ ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողները ջրանետ հատուկ միջոցի գործադրմամբ ցրել էին էլեկտրաէներգիայի թանկացման դեմ Երևանի Բաղրամյան պողոտայում անցկացվող հավաքը և բերման  էին ենթարկել դրա մասնակիցների մի մասին, ոստիկանության ծառայողներ Տաճատ  Նորատունկյանը և Արթուր Այվազյանը, իրենց պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, լրագրողի մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությանը խոչընդոտելու դիտավորությամբ Ֆրանսիայի հրապարակին հարակից տարածքից ապօրինաբար բերման էին ենթարկել «Ֆոտոլուր» լրատվական գործակալության ֆոտոլրագրող Հայկ Բադալյանին` խոչընդոտելով նրա մասնագիտական գործունեությունը: Նկատենք, որ լրատվամիջոցներում հայտնված տեսանյութերում հստակ երևում է, որ ֆոտոլրագրողը ցույց է տալիս իր լրագրողական վկայականը, սակայն դա չի օգնում ոստիկաններից ազատվելու հարցում:   

Ըստ    պաշտոնական    հաղորդագրության՝ նշված օրը ոստիկանության կապիտան Կոստան Բուդաղյանը Ազատության հրապարակում, պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով, խոչընդոտել էր իր մասնագիտական գործունեությունը իրականացնող «Արմենիա» հեռուստաընկերության լրագրող Խաչատուր Եսայանի աշխատանքը և ապօրինաբար նրան բերման ենթարկել։ Նրան ևս չի փրկել լրագրողական «բեյջը»։ Մի քանի ոստիկաններ լրագրողի ոտքերից ու ձեռքերից բռնել, տարել են։ Սակայն այսօր այդ լրագրողի գործով ընդամենը մեկ ոստիկան է կանգնել դատարանի առաջ։

Այս պատմության մեջ ուշագրավը ՀՀ ոստիկանության զորքերի N զորամասի հրթիռահրետանային սպառազինության ծառայության պետ, փոխգնդապետ Դավիթ Փերիխանյանի մասնակցությունն է: Ըստ պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության՝ ոստիկանության փոխգնդապետը Ազատության հրապարակում խոչընդոտել է լրագրողի մասնագիտական օրինական գործունեությունը կատարող, տեսանելի ձևով լրագրողական անվանաքարտ (բեյջ) կրող «Ուտոպիանա.ամ» մշակութային ստեղծագործական ՀԿ-ի «ACTV» առցանց հեռուստաընկերության լրագրող Աշոտ Բոյաջյանի լրագրողական աշխատանքին. նրանից խլել է ընկերությանը պատկանող «Canon EOS 6D» մոդելի թվային ֆոտոխցիկը և մի քանի անգամ հարվածելով գետնին՝ դիտավորությամբ վնասել այն՝ հիշյալ ՀԿ-ին պատճառելով 485 հազ. ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս»: Ավելի մանրամասն՝ թերթի այսօրվա համարում»,–գրում է թերթը։
