Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի սպանության գործով դատավճիռը կհրապարակվի օգոստոսի 23-ին

Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի յոթ անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուսական ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով վճիռը կհրապարակվի օգոստոսի 23-ին:
Դատախազ Գևորգ Գևորգյանը, ներկայացնելով մեղադրանքը, պահանջել էր ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտել Պերմյակովին՝ համադրելով Քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 5-րդ և 8-րդ կետերով (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանությունը` առանձին դաժանությամբ, շահադիտական դրդումներով, պատվերով, ինչպես նաեւ զուգորդված՝ շորթմամբ, ավազակությամբ կամ բանդիտիզմով), 175 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ, 4-րդ կետերով (ավազակային հարձակում, որը կատարվել է բնակարան, պահեստարան կամ շինություն ապօրինի մուտք գործելով, զենքի կամ որպես զենք օգտագործվող այլ առարկաների գործադրմամբ) և 34-3 29 հոդվածի առաջին մասով (պետական սահմանի ապօրինի հատման փորձ) նախատեսված պատժաչափերը:
Հանրային պաշտպան Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանն օգոստոսի 19-ի նիստում հրապարակել է պաշտպանական ճառը, որում նշել էր, որ իր պաշտպանյալը չի հերքել հանցագործություն կատարելու փաստը: Պաշտպանը որպես մեղմացուցիչ հանգամանք նշել էր Պերմյակովի 20 տարեկան լինելու, ժամկետային ծառայության մեջ գտնվելու, նախկինում դատապարտված չլինելու հանգամանքները, ինչպես նաև այն փաստը, որ չնայած Պերմյակովը չի տառապում հոգեկան որևէ հիվանդությամբ, սակայն ինֆանտիլ անձ է:
Պաշտպանյալի խոսքից հետո դատարանը վերջին խոսքի իրավունք տվեց ամբաստանյալին« սակայն վերջինս հրաժարվեց դրանից:
Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի 6 անդամների սպանությունը տեղի է ունեցել 2015 թվականի հունվարի 12-ին՝ վաղ առավոտյան« ժամը 06:00-ի սահմաններում, նրանց մահը վրա է հասել հրազենային վնասվածքներից։ Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքից ողջ էր մնացել 6 ամսական փոքրիկը՝ Սերյոժա Արմենի Ավետիսյանը, ով կտրող-ծակող գործիքից ստացած վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր բժշկական կենտրոն« այնուհետև` յոթ օր հետո մահացել: Կասկածյալին ռուս սահմանապահները հայտնաբերել են հայ-թուրքական սահմանը հատելու փորձ կատարելիս եւ հանձնել 102-րդ ռուսական բազայի հրամանատարությանը:
Վալերի Պերմյակովին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին (երկու և ավելի անձանց սպանությունը) կետով՝ երկու եւ ավելի անձանց դիտավորյալ սպանության համար: Վալերի Պերմյակովն ընդունել է առաջադրված մեղադրանքը: Ռուսական կողմում հարուցված քրեական գործով Պերմյակովը դասալքության եւ զենքի ապօրինի կրման համար օգոստոսի 12-ին դատապարտվել է 10 տարվա ազատազրկման:
