Նախարարությունը քայլեր է իրականացնում սրտի ստենտավորման ծառայության գնի իջեցման ուղղությամբ

Տարվա սկզբից մինչ օրս պետական միջոցների հաշվին 801 սրտի ստենտավորում է արվել:«Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` այս մասին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանը: «Եթե վարակիչ հիվանդություններից մահացությունն իջեցրել ենք ու վերահսկելի սահմանում ենք պահում, ապա ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների դեպքում երկ իրը որդեգրել է ռազմավարություն` սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների, քաղցկեղի և շաքարային դիաբետի դեմ պայքարի: Սրտի ստենտավորման պետական ծրագրով, որ ստացել է «Կյանքի համար ստենտ» անվանումը, 801 ստենտավորում է կատարվել տարվա սկզբից մինչ օրս բացառապես պետական միջոցների հաշվին»,-ասաց Խաչատրյանը` հավելելով, որ ստենտավորման դեպքերը շատ ավելին են` երբեմն ոչ սուր դեպքերում որպես վճարովի ծառայություն:
Փոխնախարարը հաստատեց այն տեսակետը, որ Հայաստանում սրտի ստենտավորման ծառայությունն ավելի բարձր գին ունի, քան հարևան երկրերում: Նրա տեղեկացմամբ` բազմաթիվ քննարկումներ են ծավալվել նման ծառայություններ մատուցող 11 սրտանոթային կենտրոնների հետ Երևանում ու մարզերում, որոնց ներկայացրել են տնտեսական հաշվարկներ, ըստ որի այդ ծառայության գինն իջեցնելու հնարավորություն կա, ինչը պետք է իրագործել: «Այդ գինը կապված է հիվանդների քիչ քանակի ու պահպանման ծախսերի բարձր լինելու հետ: Սակայն մեծ թվով հիվանդներին օգնություն ցույց տալը կբերի ֆիքսÕ �ած ծախսերի կայուն մնալուն և գների իջեցմանը»,-հայտնեց փոխնախարարը:
Սերգեյ Խաչատրյանն ուրախությամբ փաստեց, որ կենտրոններից մեկն արդեն իր ծառայության գինը 1.8 միլիոն դրամից իջեցրել է 1.2 միլիոնի: «Սա վերջը չէ, վստահ ենք, որ գինն ավելի է իջեցվելու: Կարծում եմ, շատ շուտով կտեղեկանաք այլ կենտրոնների կողմից նման իջեցումների մասին ևս»,-նշեց պաշտոնյան:
Ըստ վիճակագրության` սրտի անհետաձգելի վիրահատության ծրագրով 2015 թվականին բժշկական օգնություն է ստացել 1516, իսկ 2016-ին՝ 866
