Ինչպես հայտնի է, Շիրակի մարզի առաջին ատյանի դատարանը ցմահ ազատազրկման դատապարտեց Գյումրիում Ավետիսյանների ընտանիքի յոթ անդամների սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող ռուսական ռազմաբազայի զինծառայող Վալերի Պերմյակովին:
Past.am-ն իրավապաշտպան Վարդան Հարությունյանից փորձեց ճշտել՝ կարելի՞ է հանցագործությունը լիարժեք բացահայտված համարել, մնացե՞լ են մութ կետեր այս դատավարությունից հետո: Պարոն Հարությունյանի խոսքով ՝ հստակ չի կարելի ասել, թե հանցագործությունը բացահայտվել է ամբողջովին: Ամեն դեպքերում, ըստ մեր զրուցակցի, դատավճիռը կայացած փաստ է: «Եթե տուժողները բավարարված չեն, ապա կարող են բողոքարկել»,- հավելեց նա:
Մեր հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ հայտնի չդարձավ, թե որտեղ է կրելու Պերմյակովն իր պատիժը, Վարդան Հարությունյայնն ասաց. «Ցմահ ազատազրկումն ավելի կարևոր էր հնչեցնել, քան թե պատիժը կրելու վայրը: Իհարկե, մնում է մի կարևոր կասկած, որ Ռուսասստանում կրելու դեպքում կարող է ազատ արձակվել կամ նման այլ բան: Կարծում եմ, այնուամենայնիվ, նա պետք կարողանա տեսակցել իր հարազատներին և օգտվել նման իրավունքներից: Բնական է, որ Ռուսաստանում ավելի մեծ կլինեն այդ ամենի հնարավորությունները: Բայց այս խնդիրը պետք է լուծվի Հայաստան-Ռուսաստան փոխհամաձայնությամբ»:
Իրավապաշտպանի կարծիքով՝ շատ ավելի սկզբունքային խնդիր էր նախաքննության իրականացումը հայաստանյան իրավապահների կողմից: Պարոն Հարությունյանն ընդգծեց, որ հենց սկզբից Պերմյակովը պետք է տրամադրվեր հայկական կողմին՝ գտնվելով ոչ թե ռուսական զորամասում, այլ հայկական կալանավայրում: «Դատավճռից հետո, իմ կարծիքով, այնքան էլ էական չէ, թե որտեղ կկրի պատիժը»,- խոսքը եզրափակեց Վարդան Հարությունյանը:
