Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում գտնվող զինված խմբի անդամները խնամքից բողոքներ չունեն. ՔԿՎ

«Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոցում» պահվող ՀՀ ոստիկանության պարեկապահակային գնդի տարածքը զավթած անդամներից ոմանց պահման պայմանների վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական վարչության հանրային կապերի բաժինը:

«Արմենպրես»-ը պարզաբանումը ներկայացնում է ամբողջությամբ:

«Զինված խմբի որոշ անդամների  փաստաբանների կողմից օգոստոսի 23-ին կրկին հասարակությանը մոլորության մեջ գցելու հերթական փորձն է արվել:

Հանրությանը ցանկանում ենք տեղեկացնել, որ խմբի` «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում գտնվող անդամներին իբր անհրաժեշտ բուժօգնություն չտրամադրելու մասին վերջիններիս փաստաբանների  «ահազանգերի» և զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներում տեղ գտած հրապարակումների կապակցությամբ Քրեակատարողական ծառայության ներկայացուցիչներն այսօր այցելել են«Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում գտնվող վերո նշյալ կալանավորվածանձանց,  տեղում ծանոթացել իրավիճակին և իրազեկվել,  որ վերջիններս քրեակատարողական հիմնարկիբուժանձնակազմի կողմից ցուցաբերվող բժշկական օգնությունից և խնամքից բողոքներ չունեն:

 Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ այս օրերին հաճախ է շահարկվում ՀՀ ԱՆ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավոր Հովհաննես Հարությունյանին բժշկական պատշաճ օգնություն և խնամք չցուցաբերելու, կամ, ինչպես նրա փաստաբանների ու այլ անձանց կողմից շեշտվում է,  նրան այս կերպ խոշտանգումների ենթարկելու հարցը, ապա այլևայլ անհիմն ապատեղեկատվությունից խուսափելու նպատակով ՀՀ ԱՆ քրեակատարողական վարչությունը հայտնում է հետևյալը:

27.07.2016 – 23.08.2016թթ` «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ տեղափոխվելու պահից առ այսօր, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը ենթարկվել է տարատեսակ բժշկական հետազոտությունների և զննությունների, այդ թվում`  որովայնի և կոնքի սոնոգրաֆիկ և աջ ստորին վերջույթի ռենտգեն հետազոտությունների, ուրոլոգի և նյարդավիրաբույժի խորհրդատվությունների: Բացի վերոբերյալից` հանվել է հիվանդի կմախքային ձգումը և դրվել է գիպսային վիրակապ:

Ի լրումն` յուրաքանչյուր 2-րդ օրը հիվանդը զննվում է «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի վնասվածքաբանների կողմից:

Հարկ է նշել, որ բոլոր հետազոտությունների և զննությունների  մասին գրառումները առկա են նրա հիվանդության պատմագրում:

Հավելենք նաև, որ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ի կալանավորված անձ Հովհաննես Հարությունյանը անհրաժեշտության դեպքում ստացել և ստանում է ցավազրկող դեղամիջոցներ, հակաբիոտիկներ, պարբերաբար կատարվում են վերքերի մշակումներ, ժամանակին փոխվում են վիրակապերը:

Ներկայումս «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ-ի վնասվածքաբանների հետ քննարկվում է ինչպես  Հ. Հարությունյանի, այնպես էլ «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ում պահվող խմբի մյուս անդամների վիրահատման ծավալների և ժամկետների հարցը:

Հավելենք, որ այս պահի դրությամբ ՀՀ ԱՆ  «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում պահվում և բուժում են ստանում  այլ կալանավորված անձինք և դատապարտյալներ, որոնք նույնպես խնամքի և բազմապրոֆիլ բուժման կարիք ունեն, ինչը և ապահովվում է «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» ՔԿՀ-ի արհեստավարժ և փորձառու բուժանձնակազմի կողմից:

Եվս մեկ անգամ շահագրգիռ անձանց կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ թեմայի`տարբեր նպատակներով անհարկի շահարկումներից»:
