Ֆիլիպինցի ձկնորսը՝ Պալավան կղզուց, տասը տարի տանը մահճակալի տակ է պահել 2006 թվականին իր գտած՝ աշխարհում ամենամեծ 34-կիլոգրամանոց, 100 միլիոն դոլար արժողությամբ մարգարիտը՝ որպես հաջողության թալիսման: Այս մասին հայտնել է Ֆիլիպինների ABS-CBN նորությունների պորտալը:
Գանձի տերն այն գտել է տասը տարի առաջ սաստիկ փոթորկից հետո, երբ փորձում էր բարձրացնել իր նավակի խարիսխը եւ նկատել է, որ այն թաղվել-մնացել է՝ հատակին՝ կառչելով ինչ-որ բանի: Ձկնորսը սուզվել է ջուրը, հատակին տեսել, որ խարիսխը կառչել է մի մեծ խեցու, եւ խարիսխը խեցու հետ բարձրացրել է վեր: Խեցու մեջ եղած վիթխարի մարգարիտը նրա համար թալիսման է դարձել:
Մինչեւ վերջերս տղամարդու մտքով անգամ չի անցել պարզել, թե որքան կարող է այն արժենալ: Միայն երբ նրա տանը հրդեհ է բռնկել, ձկնորսը, որն իր իրերը այլ տեղ էր տանում, մարգարիտը ցույց է տվել Ֆիլիպինների տուրիստական գերատեսչության աշխատակցին՝ իր այրված տան մերձակա Պուերտո Պրինցեսա քաղաքում, գրում է հրատարակությունը:
