Ընդդիմադիր ուժերը շարունակում են իրար հերթ չտալով այցելել նախագահական նստավայր՝ քննարկելու սահմանադրական փոփոխությունները:
Past.am-ը քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանին հարց է ուղղել՝ արդյոք հիասթափեցնո՞ւմ է այդ գործընթացը հասարակությանը:
Քաղաքագետը մասնավորապես նշեց հետևյալը. «Ես ժամանակին ասել եմ, որ սա նորին մեծություն պարոն նախագահի ընդդմությունն է: Կա իշխանական Հանրապետականը և մյուս ուժերը, որոնք Աժ-ում ներկայանում են իբրև ընդդիմություն: Չգիտեմ՝ հիասթափվելու բան կա՞, թե՞ չկա: Հիասթափվում են մի բանից, ինչի հանդեպ հակում կամ հետաքրքրություն են ունենում: Այդ բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերն իրականությունից կտրված են: Ժողովուրդն ունի իր խնդիրները, միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային իրավիճակն էլ անհանգստացնող է դառնում, իսկ մեր իշխանությունն ու իր ընդդիմությունը սահմանադրական փոփոխություններով են զբաղված»:
Նախկին դաշնակացական պարոն Շիրինյանին հարց ուղղեցինք՝ ինչպե՞ս է նա գնահատում Դաշնակցության ներկայիս վարքագիծը:
Մեր զրուցակիցն ասաց, որ Դաշնակցությունը հիմա ցույց է տալիս մեխանիկական վերաբերմունք իրականությանը:
Ըստ նրա՝ երբ իրականությունը փոխվում է, պետք է զուգահեռաբար փոխվեն շատ բաներ: «Խորհրդարանական հանրապետության նախագիծը տեղին էր, երբ Հայաստանում ձևավորվում էր իրական կուսակցական համակարգը՝ ՀՀՇ-ն՝ կառավարող կուսակցություն, Դաշնակցությունը՝ սոցիալիստական ուղղվածություն ունեցող ընդդիմադիր ուժ և ազատամարտի առաջամարտիկ, ԱԺՄ-ն, որը խորհրդարանական կուսակցության իսկական տիպ էր, Հրանտ Խաչատրյանի ժամանակաշրջանի ՍԻՄ-ը և մնացածը: Իսկ հիմա դրանցից փշրանք մնացե՞լ է: Այն ժամանակ էլ այսօրվա ՀՀԿ-ի հիմնական կազմի մեծ մասը ՀՀՇ-ի մեջ էր: Փոխվել է իրականությունը, մեր առջև կան բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերներ: Երկիրը պետք է արդիականացնել, կասեցնել արտագաղթի տեմպերը: Տեսեք՝ ի՞նչ է կատարվում տարածաշրջանում, հատկապես Թուրքիայում և Իրանում: Ի՞նչ Սահմանադրության ժամանակն է: 20 տարի առաջ այլ իրականություն էր: Այն ժամանակ 4 մլն մարդ կար Հայաստանում»,- ասաց Շիրինյանը և հավելեց, որ այս իրավիճակներում քաղաքական գործընթացները ֆարս են դարձել:
«Քաղաքականությունն ավելի շատ նման է թատրոնի, քան շախմատի: Չնայած այսօր ավելի շախմատի են նմանեցնում: Սա թատրոնի բեմականացում է՝ զավեշտախաղ» ,- խոսքը եզրափակեց Լևոն Շիրինյանը:
