Ադրբեջանի հարկերի նախարարությունը 708 պարտատեր ձեռնարկատերերի արգելել է լքել երկիրը

 Ադրբեջանի հարկերի նախարարությունը արգելել է երկրից դուրս գալ 708 իրավաբանական անձանց եւ անհատ ձեռնարկատերերի, որոնք չկատարված բանկային պարտավորություններ ունեն ֆինանսական կառույցներին: 

Այս մասին հայտնում է fins.az լրատվական կայքը` նշելով, որ նախարարության կողմից հրապարակված բանկերին պարտք ունեցող անձանց ցուցակում նշված է 400 իրավաբանական, 308 ֆիզիկական անձանց անուններ:Ըստ կայքի` օգոստոսի 11-ի դրությամբ Ադրբեջանում բանկերին պարտք իրավաբանական եւ ֆիզիկական անձանց թիվը կազմել էր 380 հոգի: Նախարարության հրապարակած նոր ցուցակում նշված է արտասահմանցի 3 քաղաքացու անուն:  

Այդ առնչությամբ Ադրբեջանի հարկերի նախարարությունից faktxeber.com կայքին պարզաբանել են, որ դա արվել է ադրբեջանական օրենսդրության համաձայն, եւ նշանակում է, որ մինչեւ ցուցակում նշված անձինք չվճարեն պետական հարկը, նրանց չի թույլատրվելու դուրս գալ երկրից: 

Azadliq.info-ն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանում բանկերին պարտք 2,6 մլն քաղաքացիների մեկ հինգերորդից ավելին ի վիճակի չեն վերադարձնել վերցրած մոտ 1,5 մլրդ մանաթ ծավալի հասնող վարկերը: Դա նշանակում է, որ Ադրբեջանի բնակչության յուրաքանչյուր երեքից մեկը պարտք է բանկերին, եւ խորը տնտեսական ճգնաժամում հայտնված Ադրբեջանում չի բացառվում, որ շուտով բնակչության մեկ երրորդին կարգելվի դուրս գալ երկրից:

Ադրբեջանի Ռիսկային փորձագետների խմբի ղեկավար Էլման Սադըգովը report.az-ին տված հարցազրույցում հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի տնտեսության նորմալ զարգացման համար վարկային ռեսուրսների պահանջը կազմում է 15-20 մլրդ մանաթ` նշելով, որ Ադրբեջանի ռեալ հատվածը վարկավորման խիստ կարիք ունի: 

Անցյալ տարվանից նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկում սկսվելուց հետո հիմնականում էներգառեսուրսների արտահանումից կախված Ադրբեջանի տնտեսությունը հայտնվել է խորը ճգնաժամի մեջ:
