Գիտնականները պարզել են մարդու կյանքում ամենօրյա հաճույքների նշանակությունը

Սեփական վնասակար սովորությունները վերահսկելով՝ մարդը կարող է կյանքը էականորեն երկարացնել: Բրիտանացի գիտնականները ներկայացրել են մարդու կյանքի վիա ամենօրյա հաճույքների ազդեցությունը: Նրանք կատարած հետազոտության ընթացքում պարզել են, թե մարդու օրգանիզմի վրա ինչպես են ազդում ծխախոտը, սուրճը, վնասակար կերակուրը, ալկոհոլը եւ ամենօրյա առավոտյան վազքը:
Պարզվել է, որ ամենօրյա զբաղմունքները կարող են կյանքն էականորեն կրճատել կամ երկարացնել: Օրինակ՝ միջինը յոթ տարի պակաս են ապրում նրանք, ովքեր ամեն օր մեկ տուփ սիգարետ են ծխում: Գիտնականների հաշվարկով՝ մեկ սիգարետը կյանքից 15 րոպե է խլում:
Օրական երկու ժամ հեռուստացույցի կանոնավոր դիտումը կյանքը մեկ տարով կարճացնում է: Մեկ տարով կյանքը կարճանում է նաեւ նրանց համար, ովքեր ամեն օր երկու նրբերշիկ են ուտում: Օրական երեք բաժակ գինին տղամարդկանց կյանքից 4, իսկ կանանց կյանքից 16 ամիս է խլում:
Գիտնականները նշում են սակայն, որ կան ամենօրյա զբաղմունքներ, որոնք կարող են կյանքը երկարացնել: Երկու տարի ավելի ապրելու համար բավական են օրական միայն 20 րոպե տեւողությամբ թեթեւ ֆիզիկական վարժությունները: Դրական արդյունք է նկատվում նաեւ սուրճի օգտագործման դեպքում: Սակայն կարելի է խմել օրական երեք գավաթից ոչ ավելի: Դա թույլ կտա կյանքը 1 տարով երկարացնել, փոխանցում է Informing-ը:
