Պտղնիում սպանություն կատարելու մեջ կասկածվող անձը ձերբակալվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Պտղնի գյուղի բնակիչ, 34-ամյա Արսեն Ազիզյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ։ Ձեռնարկված քննչական եւ դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են սպանության հանգամանքները, շարժառիթը։ Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է։

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի պաշտոնական կայքը, նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ 34-ամյա տղամարդն սպանվել է համագյուղացու կողմից՝ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 27-ին, ժանը 08:00-ի սահմաններում։ Առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը ԱԿՍ տեսակի գործարանային արտադրության ինքնաձիգից Պտղնու ձորում՝ 300 մ հեռավորությունից կրակել և սպանել է Պտղնու ձորում գտնվող ձկնաբուծարանի մոտ կանգնած Արսեն Ազիզյանին:

Դեպքի առթիվ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 27-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասերի հատկանիշներով:

Պտղնու ձորում՝ տուժողին  պատկանող ջրավազանի տարածքից 300 մ հեռավորության վրա հայտնաբերվել է 5.45մմ տրամաչափի 21 պարկուճ, ջրավազանի մոտ՝ արնանման լյարթացած հետքեր, կողքի սպիտակ քարերի վրա` հրազենային գնդակի հետադարձացատքի երեք հետք, իսկ դիմացի ծառի մոտ 10 սմ տրամագծով բնի վրա միջանցիկ հրազենային հետք, ձկնաբուծարանի պահակակետի մուտքի մոտ հայտնաբերվել է 2 հատ որսորդական հրացանի պարկուճ և մեկ որսորդական հրացան:

Կասկածյալը ձերբակալվել է, նրա մասնակցությամբ կատարված զննության ընթացքում նա ներկայացրել է ԱԿՍ տեսակի գործարանային արտադրության ինքնաձիգը՝ լիցքավորված 19 մարտական փամփուշտով, 1 հատ ԱԿՍ տեսակի փամփշտատուփ` լիցքավորված 29 մարտական փամփուշտով, մեկ տուփ փամփուշտ, ինչպես նաև 275 հատ 5.45մմ տրամաչափի փամփուշտ:

Դիակի վրա հայտնաբերվել  է 6 հրազենային վնասվածք, որից 2-ը ձախ ձեռքի արմունկի շրջանում, 2-ը ձախ ուսի շրջանում, 1-ը`  կրծքավանդակի աջի կենտրոնական մասում, իսկ մյուսը մեջքի կենտրոնական հատվածում:

Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
