Ադրբեջանը ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը չէ. Կոզլարիչ

Ադրբեջանում ԱՄՆ-ի նախկին դեսպան Ռիչարդ Կոզլարիչը այդ երկրում վերջին ձերբակալությունների ալիքի եւ ԱՄՆ-Ադրբեջան հարաբերությունների ապագայի հետ կապված հայտարարել է, որ ինքը Ադրբեջանին չի համարում ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը, քանի որ Բաքվի կառավարությունը Ամերիկայի հետ համանման արժեքներ չի կիսում եւ Ադրբեջանի այդ ընտրությունը ծառայում է հակադեմոկրատական գործերին:
Այս մասին Ռիչարդ Կոզլարիչը հայտարարել է «Ամերիկայի ձայն» ռադիոկայանին տված հարցազրույցում:
«Ես Ադրբեջանին երբեք չեմ համարել ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը: Իմ դեսպան եղած ժամանակ մենք ընդհանուր հետաքրքրություններ ունեինք էներգետիկայի, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության կարգավորման տեսակետից, եւ ցանկանում էինք զարգացնել այդ հարցերը: Աշխատում էինք մեր գործողություններով երաշխավորել Ադրբեջանի ինքնիշխանությունը եւ անկախությունը, ինչը կարելի էր համարել ռազմավարական գործընկերություն կիսող արժեքներ: Ժողովրդավարության, մարդու իրավունքների եւ շուկայական տնտեսության հետ կապված մեր արժեքները խիստ տարբերվում են Ադրբեջան ի կառավարության արժեքներից: Ինչպես երեւում է` Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը որդեգրել է Վլադիմիր Պուտինի կառավարման մոդելը, ինչը ԱՄՆ-ի հետ դիմակայություն, բռնապետական կառավարման ռազմավարության մեխանիզմներ եւ համաշխարհային տնտեսությանը չինտեգրվել է ենթադրում: Ընդհանուր արժեքների բացակայության դեպքում ռազմավարական գործընկերություն ստեղծել հնարավոր չէ: Ընտրությունը Բաքվինն է, Վաշինգթոնինը չէ», -ասել է Ռիչարդ Կոզլարիչը:
Անդրադառնալով ԱՄՆ-ում նախագահական ընտրություններից հետո Բաքվի հետ ապագա հարաբերություններին, Կոզլարիչն ասել է. «ԱՄՆ-ի քաղաքականության մեջ հիմնարար փոփոխություն է լինելու, ներկայիս քաղաքականությունից տարբերվող արտաքին քաղաքականություն է որդեգրվելու: Ադրբեջանի կառավարությունը պետք է դա հասկանա»,- ամփոփել է ԱՄՆ-ում նախկին դեսպան Կոզլարիչը:
