ՀՀարտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարիտեղակալ Համլետ Հակոբյանը օգոստոսի 25-ին հյուրընկալել է Կովկասի հակամարտությունների և հետկոնֆլիկտայ ին հարցերի կարգավորման տարածաշրջանային խորհրդական Քրիստոֆեր Ջոյսին (նստավայրը Թբիլիսի) և ՀՀ-ում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ Թագավորության փոխդեսպան Ամիաս Մուրզին:
Հանդիպման նպատակն էր ԱԻ ոլորտում համագործակցության հետագա քայլերի և ծրագրերի քննարկումը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից՝ հավելելով. «Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Հ. Հակոբյանը ներկայացրեց ԱԻ նախարարության կազմավորման պատմությունը, կառուցվածքը, նախարարության կազմում գործող կառույցներն ու ստորաբաժանումները, դրանց գործառույթները և ձեռքբերումները: Ձեռքբերումների շարքում նա մասնավորապես առանձնացրեց հայկական ՔՈՓ (քաղաքային որոնողափրկարարական թիմ) թիմերի՝ INSARAG անդամ դառնալու փաստը և Գառնիի երկրաֆիզիկական դիÕ �արանի միջազգային նշանակությունը:
- ԱԻ նախարարության ուղղությունները բազմավեկտոր են, բայց խնդիրը մեկն է՝ ազգաբնակչությանանվտանգությունը, - շեշտեց Հ. Հակոբյանը:
ՀՀ-ում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի և Հյուսիսային Իռլանդիայի Միացյալ թագավորության փոխդեսպան Ամիաս Մուրզը կարևորեց դեսպանատան ռազմական կցորդի և ԱԻ նախարարության հարաբերությունները՝ ընդգծելով, որ դեսպանատան աշխատակազմը միշտ շեշտում է նախարարության ժամանակակից հագեցվածությունը:
Շնորահակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Կովկասի հակամարտությունների և հետկոնֆլիկտային հարցերի կարգավորման տարածաշրջանային խորհրդական Քրիստոֆեր Ջոյսը նշեց, որ նմանատիպ այցերը կկրեն շարունակական բնույթ:
- Ես վստահ եմ, որ ԱԻ նախարարությունը մեծ ցանկություն ունի համագործացկել մեզ հետ անվտանգության ևպաշտպանության ոլորտում: Արդյունավետ փոխգործակցության համար մեզ անհրաժեշտ է միայն ճանաչողականայցերի բնույթը փոխել գործնականով ու հստակեցնել առաջնային և թիրախային ուղղությունները, - ասաց Ք. Ջոյսը:
Այցի ավարտին հյուրերն այցելեցին նախարարության Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն: ՃԿԱԿ պետ, փ/ծ գնդապետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանի ուղեկցությամբ նրանք շրջեցին նորագույն սարքավորումներով հագեցած կենտրոնում և ծանոթացան ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին: ՃԿԱԿ պետը ներկայացրեց նաև կենտրոնի գործունեությունը, ազդարարման, արձագանքման և մշտադիտարկման լայն հնարավորությունները»:
