«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Փետրվարյան քաղաքական նոկդաունից դեռ ամբողջությամբ ուշքի չեկած ԲՀԿ-ին սպառնում է հերթական զանգվածային արտահոսքը կուսակցությունից: Այս անգամ պատճառը սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների հարցում ԲՀԿ լոյալ վերաբերմունքն է ու «ոչ»-ի ճակատին չմիանալը:
Մեր տեղեկություններով` ԲՀԿ-ն լքողների թվում կարող են լինել նաեւ պատգամավորներ, որոնք նախկինում շատ կոշտ են արձագանքել սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ անցկացնելու Սերժ Սարգսյանի նախաձեռնությանը: Արտահոսքը կարող է սկսվել սեպտեմբերի սկզբին, երբ ԲՀԿ-ն իր քննարկումները կավարտի եւ այն կամփոփի քաղխորհրդի նիստում:
Մեկնաբանելով հերթական արտահոսքի հնարավորությունները` ԲՀԿ խոսնակ Վահան Բաբայանը մեր զրույցում ասաց, որ ներկա պահին իրենց կուսակցությունում քննարկումները շարունակվում են: «Այս պահին մեզ մոտ քննարկումները շարունակվում են եւ մենք չենք պատրաստվում ապատեղեկատվություններին պատասխան տալ»,-ասաց Բաբայանը»:
