««Սասնա ծռեր» խմբի անդամ Արեգ Կյուրեղյանի և քաղաքագետ Անդրեաս Ղուկասյանի վերաքննիչ բողոքները մերժած դատավորը՝ ՀՀ վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Գրիշա Մելիք-Սարգսյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց Էթիկայի հանձնաժողով Է ներկայացրել իր եկամուտների, ունեցվածքի հայտարարագիրը։

Հայտարարագրի ուսումնասիրությունից պարզ Է դառնում, որ դատավորը նախորդ տարի 3 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարով գնել Է Nissan Leopard տեսակի ավտոմեքենա՝ նույն տարում 2 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարով վաճառելով Mitsubishi LP320  տեսակի ավտոմեքենան։

Գրիշա Մելիք-Սարգսյանը 2015 թվականի սկզբին ունեցել Է 3.5 միլիոն դրամ, որը տարվա վերջում դարձել է 5 միլիոն դրամ։ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավորի նախորդ տարվա եկամուտը գոյացել Է աշխատավարձից, գույքի օտարումից, կենսաթոշակից և այլ աղբյուրից, որը հայտարարագրում նշված չի։ Դատավորի աշխատավարձը կազմել է 10.5 միլիոն դրամ, թոշակը 5.6 միլիոն դրամ, գույքի օտարումից Էլ ստացել է 2 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար, իսկ այլ եկամուտը կազմել է 600 հազար դրամ։ Գրիշա Մելիք-Սարգսյանի եկամուտը նախորդ տարի կազմել է 16.8 միլիոն դրամ։

Նրա կնոջ Սիլվա Թևոսյանի հայտարարագրից Էլ տեղեկանում ենք, որ վերջինիս դրամական միջոցը նախորդ տարի կազմել Է 100 հազար դրամ, որը տարվա վերջում դարձել Է 150 հազար դրամ։ Սիլվա Թևոսյանը 2015 թվականին 516 հազար դրամ կենսաթոշակ է ստացել, 360 հազար դրամ աշխատավարձ»,–գրում է թերթը։
