Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը մերժեց «Սասնա ծռերին» սնունդ բերած Արթուր Սարգսյանին ազատ արձակելու միջնորդությունը:
 
 
Այսօր Վերաքննիչը նաև մերժել է «Սասնա ծռեր» խմբավորման անդամ Սերգեյ Կյուրեղյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխելու պաշտպանի միջնորդությունը: Ժառանգություն կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ այդ որոշումները սպասելի էին: Ըստ նրա՝ այս պահին իշխանության կողմից իրականացվում է պատժիչ գործողություն:
 
«Դեռ նախկին դատախազն էր հայտարարություն տարածել, որ մեղմ են վերաբերվելու, եթե հանձնեն զենքերը, Սերժ Սարգսյանն էլ էր դրա մասին խոսել, բայց իշխանությունները հետ կանգնեցին իրենց խոստումից: Այնպես չէ, որ այդ հայտարարությունը նախկին դատախազի ինքնագործունեության արդյունք է, հակառակ պարագայում պաշտոնատար անձինք պետք է հանդես գային հայտարարությամբ, որ դա դատախազի մասնավոր կարծիքն է: Ակնհայտ է, որ սա հակամարդկային, հակահումանիստական քայլ է»,- ասաց Ժառանգության փոխնախագահը:
 
Մեր հարցին՝ ամեն շաբաթ հանրահավաքներ հրավիրելն արդյունավե՞տ պայքարի ռազմավարություն է, Մարտիրոսյանը պատասխանեց. «Իհարկե, արդյունավետ չէ: Պայքարը պետք է հստակ օրակարգով լինի, պայքարի ծավալները պետք է ավելի մեծացնել: Հավաքները լուծում են մի խնդիր՝ ցույց տալ, որ հասարակական դժգոհության ալիքն այս իրավիճակում պահպանվում է»: Արմեն Մարտիրոսյանը նաև ընդգծեց, որ շարժումն ակտիվանում է: Նրա համոզմամբ՝ իշխանությունների համար ակնհայտ դարձավ, որ կառավարման «նավը ճոճվում է», դրա համար մեկուսացնում են շարժման ղեկավարներին:
 
Մարտիրոսյանը մեզ փոխանցեց, որ կազմակերպչական խնդիրներ կան, որոնց պատճառով շարժման ակտիվությունը պակասել է, բայց դրանք կլուծվեն: Մեր զրուցակիցը չկարողացավ ասել՝ բազմամարդ կլինի՞ արդյոք այսօրվա հանրահավաքը, բայց հորդորեց, որ մարդիկ ներկա գտնվեն:
