ՓՄՁ զարգացման խորհրդի նիստը քննարկել է ոլորտի զարգացման մի շարք հարցեր

ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի գլխավորությամբ կառավարությունում օգոստոսի 26-ին տեղի է ունեցել Փոքր և միջին ձեռարկատիրության զարգացման խորհրդի հերթական նիստը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության և տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, նախորդ նիստի արդյունքների ամփոփումից և տրված հանձնարարականների կատարման ընթացքի վերաբերյալ զեկուցումներից հետո խորհուրդն անցել է օրակարգային մյուս հարցերի քննարկմանը: Մասնավորապես, քննարկվել են պետական գնումների շրջանակում ՀՀ-ում արտադրված ապրանքի ծագման երկրի հավաստագրի տրամադրմանը, Հարկային օրենսգրքի նախագծում ՓՄՁ-ներին առնչվող մի շարք դրույթներին, ՓՄՁ-ների ու առևտրի կենտ րոնների միջև գնորդ-մատակարար շղթայում առկա խնդիրներին և առևտրի կենտրոններում հայկական ապրանքներին առաջնահերթություն տալուն վերաբերող հարցեր: Ծավալվել է մտքերի փոխանակություն, ներկայացվել են մի շարք դիտողություններ և առաջարկություններ: Վարչապետը, ամփոփելով քննարկումը, հանձնարարել է շահագրգիռ գերատեսչությունների ներկայացուցիչներից բաղկացած աշխատանքային խմբերի շրջանակում մանրակրկիտ ուսումնասիրել ու լրացուցիչ քննարկել վերոնշյալ հարցերը և արդյունքները ներկայացնել խորհրդին:

Որպես ՓՄՁ զարգացման խորհրդի նոր անդամ՝ հավանության է արժանացել «ՓՄՁ համագործակցության ասոցիացիա» հասարակական կազմակերպության փոխնախագահ Սամսոն Գրիգորյանի թեկնածությունը: Հավանություն է տրվել նաև ՀՀ արդյունաբերողների և գործարարների միության գործադիր տնօրեն Էդուարդ Կիրակոսյանին և Եվրոպական բիզնես ասոցիացիայի գործադիր տնօրեն Դիանա Սարումովային առանց քվեարկելու իրավունքի ՓՄՁ զարգացման խորհրդի կազմում ընդգրկելու առաջարկությանը:
