1.Խուսաթեք ֆիզիկական բռնությունից։ Եթե անհրաժեշտ է բարկությունից ազատվել, ավելի լավ է ափսե կոտրեք։ Սակայն ոչ մի դեպքում ազատություն մի տվեք Ձեր բռունցքներին։ Քանի որ, եթե նույնիսկ վեճն իր դրական ավարտը ունենա, լավ հարաբերությունները վերականգնել այն մարդու հետ, որին հարվածել եք, դժվար թե հաջողվի։
2․Մի փորձեք նվաստացնել։ Զայրացած մարդիկ վեճերի ժամանակ հաճախ «ամենաթույլ» տեղերին են հարվածում։ Դրանք կարող են աշխատանքի, ընտանիքի կամ հոգեբանական վիճակի հետ կապված խնդիրներ լինել։ Երբեմն խոսքը կարող է ավելի մեծ ցավ պատճառել, քան հարվածը։ Պարզապես ամեն իրավիճակում մարդ մնացեք, և աշխատեք բոլոր հարցերը քաղաքակիրթ կերպով լուծել։
3․Սեքսով մի զբաղվեք։ Շատերը սեքսն ընկալում են որպես բարկությունից ազատվելու լավագույն միջոց։ Վեճից հետո զանգահարում են հին ընկերոջը, կամ նախկին ընկերուն, կամ պարզապես բռնացնում են առաջին պատահածին։ Անկասկած, սեքսը ցանկալի արդյունք է տալիս, սակայն որքա՞ն կտևի այդ արդյունքի ազդեցությունը։ Չէ՞ որ խնդիրը պետք է լուծում ստանա այսպես թե այնպես։ Իսկ անկանոն սեռական հարաբերությունները այս հարցում ոչ մի կերպ չեն օգնի։
4․Զանգեր մի կատարեք։ Մի կողմ դրեք հեռախոսը և փակեք սոցիալական կայքերը։ Հակառակ դեպքում Դուք կսկսեք Ձեր զայրույթից ազատվելու համար «զոհ» փնտրել, հատկապես, եթե չեք կարողացել ամեն բան արտահայտել Ձեզ զայրացնող մարդու երեսին։ Սակայն ինքներդ մտածեք՝ արդյո՞ք Ձեզ հարկավոր է ևս մեկ վեճ։
5․Ոչ մի ինքնախարազանում։ Սա հիմնականում վերաբերվում է կանանց. օրինակ՝ մեզ ինչ-որ մեկը վիրավորել է, և մենք այդ մարդուց վիրավորվելու փոխարեն ինքներս մեզ ենք մեղադրում։ Պարդոքս է։ Սակայն հաճախ հենց այդպես էլ պատահում է։ Պարզապես հասկացեք, որ սխալներ բոլորն էլ գործում են։ Եվ եթե Դուք իսկապես մեղավոր եք՝ ներողություն խնդրեք։
