Հարցազրույց տնտեսագետ, Հայաստանի գործատուների միության նախագահ Գագիկ Մակարյանի հետ.

-Ի՞նչ կշահի Հայաստանը Իրանի հետ ազատ առևտրային գոտի ունենալով, ի՞նչ հեռանկարներ կարող են բացվել մեզ հավար։

-Ազատ առևտրային գոտու ստեղծումը կարող է Իրանի հետ առևտրային հարաբերությունները նոր, ավելի բարձր մակարդակի հասցնել՝ ընդլայնելով թե՛ համագործակցության շրջանակները, թե՛ այդ պետության հետ մեր հարաբերությունների ուղղվածությունը։ Այսինքն՝ մենք Իրանի հետ ոչ միայն տնտեսական, այլև քաղաքական և դիվանագիտական գործընկերներ կարող ենք դառնալ։

Մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք նրան, որ զուտ հայ-իրաևւսկան առևտրի հարցում նման գոտու ստեղծումը կարող Է Էական ազդեցություն չունենալ։ Հակառակ դրան, այն շահավետ կլինի Հայաստանի տնտեսության մրցունակության զարգացման տեսանկյունից։ Հայաստանն առավել գրավիչ կդառնա եվրոպական որոշ երկրների, միջազգային խոշոր ներդրողների համար,  ինչպես նաև որպես   կամուրջ   կծառայի   Եվրոպայի   և Մաքսային միության միջև։

Այդ գոտու ստեղծումն Իրանին հնարավորություն կտա օգտագործել Հայաստանը Մաքսային սրության կամ եվրոպական Երկրներ դուրս գալու, նրանց շուկաներին ինտեգրվելու համար։ Իսկ Հայաստանի տարածքում արտադրություններ հիմնելով Իրանը շատ ավելի արագ կկարողանա համաշխարհային բիզնեսի կանոնները յուրացնել, քանի որ Հայաստանն արդեն այդ գործցնթացի մեջ է։ Մինչդեռ Իրանի տնտեսությունը շատ փակ է, ներքին տուրքերը բարձր են, պետությունը ավտորիտար ռեժիմով Է դեռ կառավարվում, ինչն Էլ թույլ չի տալիս իրանցի գործարարներին, արտադրողներին՝ արագորեն դուրս գալ տարիների խոր նիրհից։
