Կաթին ավելացնում ենք օսլան, ապա թույլ կրակի վրա հասցնում եռման վիճակի: Հանում ենք կրակի վրայից, ավելացնում սպիտակ շոկոլադը և խառնում մինչև վերջինիս լուծվելը:
Խորը բաժակի մեջ լցնում ենք ելակի պյուրեն, ապա շոկոլադային զանգվածը, որից հետո հրուշակեղենի պարկի կամ գդալի միջոցով ավելացնում ենք հարված սերուցքը:
