Թերեզա Մեյը Brexit-ի հարցով խորհրդարանական քվեարկություն չի անցկացնի

Մեծ Բրիտանիայի վարչապետ Թերեզա Մեյը մինչեւ Լիսաբոնի պայմանագրի 50-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն Եվրամիության կազմից երկրի դուրս գալու գործընթացի պաշտոնական մեկնարկը Brexit-ի հարցով խորհրդարանական քվեարկություն չի անցկացնի, հայտնում է The Telegraph-ը:
Պարբերականի տեղեկություններով՝ Մեյը խորհրդակցել է կառավարության իրավաբանների հետ, որոնք հայտնել են, որ նրա լիազորությունները բավարար են առանց Համայնքների պալատի հավանության Brexit-ն սկսելու համար:
«Վարչապետը բացարձակ հստակությամբ հասկացրել է, որ Բրիտանիայի ժողովուրդը քվեարկել է ԵՄ-ից դուրս գալու օգտին, եւ այժմ ինքը քայլեր կձեռնարկի՝ Brexit-ն ապահովելու համար»,- ասել է Դաունինգ-սթրիթի զրուցակիցը:
Պարբերականը նշում է, որ այս որոշումը կհարվածի ԵՄ կազմում Մեծ Բրիտանիայի հետագայում եւս մնալու կողմնակիցներին, որոնք հույսեր էին փայփայում, որ խորհրդարանը կհետաձգի կամ նույնիսկ ամբողջովին կչեղարկի Brexit-ը: Պալատի պատգամավորների մեծամասնությունը՝ 480 պատգամավոր, հանրաքվեի ժամանակ դեմ են քվեարկել ԵՄ-ից Մեծ Բրիտանիայի դուրս գալուն: Սակայն Թերեզա Մեյը կարծում է, որ «Brexit-ը Brexit է նշանակում», հետեւաբար նա մտադիր է ընդդիմախոսներին այդ քայլը շրջափակելու հնարավորություն տալ, ասել է աղբյուրը:
