ԵՄ-ին անդամակցելու վերաբերյալ Թուրքիայի հետ բանակցությունները պետք է ընդհատել. Ավստրիայի վարչապետ

Ավստրիայի վարչապետ Քրիստիան Կերնը քննադատել է Թուրքիայի հարցով Եվրամիության եւ անձամբ Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերի դիրքորոշումը` առաջարկելով դադարեցնել ԵՄ մտնելու մասին այդ երկրի հետ բանակցությունները եւ զբաղվել համագործակցության այլ ձեւերի որոնումով:
Այս մասին Քրիստիան Կերնը հայտարարել է ավստրիական Osterreich թերթին տված հարցազրույցում, որը պետք է հրապարակվի թերթի կիրակնօրյա համարում:
«Եվրոպային Թուրքիայի միանալու բանակցությունները ոչինչ չբերեցին: Թուրքիան գնալով ավելի է հեռանում եվրոպական արժեքներից: Թուրքիայի հետ Եվրամիության միջեւ բանակցությունները պետք է ընդհատել: Թուրքիան չի կարող ԵՄ-ին մինանալու թեկնածու լինել ոչ այժմ, ոչ էլ մոտակա տասնամյակում», -ասել է Կերնը` նշելով, որ Թուրքիայի հետ Եվրոպային պետք է միայն համագործակցության նոր ձեւ:
Ավստրիայի վարչապետն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր սեպտեմբերի 16-ին «խիստ քննարկում» է լինելու Թուրքիայի` ԵՄ անդամակցության բանակցությունները դադարեցնելու հարցով:
Նրա խոսքով` ընթացիկ փուլում ԵՄ-ին Թուրքիայի միանալու մասին բանակցութունները ոչ այլ ինչ են, քան «դիվանագիտական պատրանք»:
Սեպտեմբերի 16-ին Սլովակիայում պետք է տեղի ունենա 27 ԵՄ անդամ երկրների գագաթաժողովը (առանց Մեծ Բրիտանիայի):
Ավելի վաղ Deutsche Welle-ին տված հարցազրույցում Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերը քննադատել էր Թուրքիայում ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի օրենքի շրջանակում տեղի ունեցող չարաշահումները:
Բրյուսելը պահանջում է բարեփոխել այդ օրենքը, իսկ Անկարան չի ցանկանում այն փոխել, քանի որ ստիպված կլինի հարգել ազատ խոսքի իրավունքը եւ հանդուրժել կառավարության դեմ քննադատությունը:
«Ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարը չի կարելի օգտագործվել մտավորականներին, գիտնականներին, լրագրողներին բանտարկելու համար», -ասել է Յունկերը` ակնարկելով պետական հեղաշրջման փորձից հետո Թուրքիայում կառավարության քննադատների նկատմամբ սկսված լայնածավալ բռնությունները:
Անդրադառնալով միգրանտների հետ կապված համաձայնագրի շրջանակում Թուրքիայի քաղաքացիների համար վիզաների չեղարկմանը` Յունկերն ասել էր, որ «անցագրային ռեժիմը թուրք քաղաքացիների համար կարող է հոկտեմբերի 1-ից չեղարկվել, եթե Անկարան կատարի իր առաջ Բրյուսելի դրած բոլոր 72 պայմանները»:
Եվրահանձնաժողովի անդամ Գյունթեր Օթինգերն ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ Թուրքիան ընթացիկ տարում վիզաների ազատականացում չի ստանա:
