Երեւանում կեղծ համերգի տոմսեր վաճառելու դեպքով քրգործ է հարուցվել. 2 մեղադրյալ կա

Ժողովրդական արտիստ Վանուշ Խանամիրյանի հիշատակին նվիրված կեղծ համերգի տոմսեր վաճառելու դեպքով քրեական գործ է հարուցվել, 2 անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: Այս մասինNEWS.am-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:

Քրեական գործ է հարուցվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 34-178-րդ  հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (խարդախություն, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձնաց կողմից):

Քրեական գործի շրջանակում արդեն կատարվել են հարցաքննություններ, նշանակվել է դատանյութագիտական փորձաքննություն:

 Երկու անձի մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ 34-178-րդ  հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւանում կեղծ համերգի տոմսեր էին վաճառվել մի շարք կազմակերպությունների: Ինչ-որ մեկը զանգահարել էր կազմակերպություններ, ներկայացել որպես քաղաքապետարանի աշխատող ու ասել, որ համերգ են կազմակերպում Վանուշ Խանամիրյանի հիշատակին նվիրված, որի տոմսերի վաճառքից ստացված գումարները կփոխանցվեն նրա ընտանիքին: Տոմսի արժեքը եղել է 4000 - 5000 դրամ, կազմակերպությունները միանգամից մի քանի տոմս են գնել:

 Ենթադրյալ համերգը պետք է տեղի ունենար օգոստոսի 20-ին՝ ժամը 19:00-ին, Հակոբ Պարոնյանի անվան երաժշտական կոմեդիայի պետական թատրոնում։ Նշված օրը եւ ժամին թատրոնի մոտ են հավաքվել մի շարք կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչներ ու պարզել, որ ոչ մի համերգ էլ տեղի չի ունենալու: Թատրոնից ասել էին, որ տեղյակ չեն՝ ինչ տոմսեր են վաճառվել:
