Մրգային հյութերն իհարկե օգտակար են ու շատ վիտամիններ են պարունակում, սակայն դրանցով դեղեր խմել խորհուրդ չի տրվում: Գիտնականների խոսքով հետեւյալ հինգ ըմպելիքները կարող են նվազեցնել դեղերի արդյունավետությունը:
Թուրինջի հյութ
Թուրինջի հյութը ռեակցիայի մեջ է մտնում առնվազն 40 տարբեր դեղամիջոցնների հետ ու բացառված չէ, որ դրանց համատեղ գործածումը կհանգեցնի ավելի վառ արտահայտված կողմնակի էֆեկտների: Մասնավորապես թուրինջի հյութը չի կարելի համադրել բարձր խոլեստերինի, զարկերակային ճնշման կամ առիթմիայի դեմ դեղորայքի հետ:
Լոռամրգի հյութ
Եթե դուք ընդունում եք վարֆարին, որը տարածված անտիկոագուլյանտ է կաթվածի ու տրոմբի կանխարգելման համար, ցանկալի է որ ձեր սննդակարգից հանեք լոռամրգի հյութը, քանի որ այն բացասաբար է ազդում տվյալ դեղորայքի ներգործության վրա: Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ լոռամրգի հյութը պարունակում է ֆլավոնոիդներ ու բաղկացուցիչներ, որոնք բացասաբար են ազդում վարֆարինի մետաբոլիզմի ու դրա հակակոագուլյացիոն հատկությունների վրա

Մինչեւ վերջերս հետազոտողները կարծում էին, թե միայն թուրինջի հյութը կարող է խանգարել դեղերի ներգործությանը: Սակայն վերջին հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ նույնիսկ խնձորի հյութն է բացասաբար ազդում որոշ դեղորայքի ու հատկապես վարֆարինի աբսորբցիայի վրա: Քիմիաթերապիա անցնողները նաեւ հիպերտոնիայի դեմ դեղեր խմողները պետք է խուսափենն թե թուրինջի, թե խնձորի հյութից:
Արքայախնձորի հյութ
Հակակոաագուլյանտներ խմելու դեպքում պետք է հրաժարվել արքայախնձորի հյութից: Այն պարունակում է բրոմելայն անունով բաղադրիչ, որը ազդում է դեղի հակակոագուլյացիոն գործողության վրա: Բրոմելայնը նաեւ հայտնի է հակաբիոտիկների ու բենզոդիազեպինների նման հանգստացնող դեղերի հետ ռեակցիայի մեջ մտնելու իր հատակությունով: Եթե դուք բուժվում եք բակտերիալ ինֆեկցիայից կամ դեպրեսիայի դեմ դեղեր եք ընդունում, արքայախնձորի հյութ մի խմեք:
Նարնջի հյութ
Նարնջի հյութը աշխարհի ամենասիրված հյութերից մեկն է, բայց պետք չէ կարծել, թե այն լիովին անվնաս է դեղեր ընդունելիս: Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ ցիտրուսային հյութերը կարող են նվազեցնել դեղերի արդյունավետությունը: Օրինակ նարնջի հյութը զգալիորեն նվազեցնում է բետա- բլոկատորների արդյունավետությունը:
Այսպիսով, ավելի ճիշտ է ցանկացած դեղ խմել ջրով՝ հասարակ ջրով: Իսկ մրգային հյութերը խմել ավելի ուշ:
