  2. Kingdom Tower

    Արքայական աշտարակը պատրաստ լինելուց հետո ավելի բարձր է լինելու, քան Բուրջ Խալիֆան, որն առայժմ աշխարհի ամենաբարձր կառույցն է: Այս աշտարակը կառուցվում է Սաուդյան Արաբիայում: Սա լինելու է առաջին կառույցը, որի բարձրությունը կիլոմետրի է հասնում: Այս շենքում լինելու են գրասենյակներ, շքեղ բնակարաններ, աստղադիտարան, հյուրանոց և իհարկե աշխարհի ամենաբարձր դիտակետը: Շինարարությունը սկսվել է անցած տարի և պատրաստ կլինի 2019 թվականին:
