Կոստանյանն իրավական գնահատականներ կտա Գորիսի դեպքին հանգամանքների ամբողջական բացահայտումից հետո

Գորիսի «Սդղի գյոլեր» կոչվող տարածքում տեղի ունեցած աղմկահարույց ծեծկռտուքի քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է՝ դեպի մանրամասները բացահայտելու համար: Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ Գևորգ Կոստանյանը: «Հիմա նախաքննություն է ընթանում, որպեսզի ամբողջությամբ պարզվեն դեպքի մանրամասները, հաջորդականո ւթյունը: Երբ պարզ կլինեն դեպքի հանգամանքները, մենք արդեն կտանք իրավական գնահատականներ դեպքի յուրաքանչյուր մասնակցի վերաբերյալ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Կոստանյանը:
Անդրադառնալով դիտարկմանը, թե ինքը խոստացել էր քննչական կոմիտեից պահանջել քրեական գործը և ուսումնասիրել, Գևորգ Կոստանյանը կրկնեց, որ քրեական գործով նախաքննությունը դեռևս շարունակվում է: «Հիմա քննիչը Գորիսում շատ ակտիվ աշխատում է, փորձում է պարզել դեպքի մանրամասները: Երբ նա կավարտի քննությունը, կվերադառնա Երևան, այդ ժամանակ մենք էլ կստանանք գործը և կլինեն իրավական գնահատականներ դեպքին յուրաքանչյուրի մասնակցության վերաբերյալ»,- հայտարարեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը:
Մայիսի 2-ին «Սդղի գյոլ» կոչվող տարածքում տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանությունից ու ծեծկռտուքից հետո 32 տարեկան Հարութ Զաքարյանը կորցրել է մեկ աչքի տեսողությունը, մյուս եղբայրը՝ քթի վիրահատություն է տարել։ Դեպքից երկու օր անց քրեական գործ է հարուցվել խուլիգանության փաստով: Սյունիքի մարզպետի որդին' Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը, միջադեպի գործով անցնում էր որպես վկա:
