Ադրբեջանական մանաթին եւս 100 տոկոսանոց անկում է սպասում

Եթե Ադրբեջանի արտարժույթի պահուստը հայտարարվածից պակաս է, ապա դոլարը կանցնի ոչ թե 2 մանաթը, այլ` 3 մանաթն էլ:

Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին  az.qaynarinfo.az կայքի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է բանկերի գծով ադրբեջանցի փորձագետ Աքրամ Հասանովը` մեկնաբանելով Ադրբեջանում վերջին օրերին դոլարի պահանջարկի հետ կապված իրարանցումի եւ մոտ ժամանակում մանաթի եւս 100 տոկոսով անկման մասին ադրբեջանական մամուլում տարածված լուրերը:

Ադրբեջանցի փորձագետի խոսքով` մանաթի անխուսափելի անկումը տեղի է ունենալու երկու հնարավոր տաբերակով: Կամ Ադրբեջանի կենտրոնական բանկը արժեզրկման է գնալու, կամ փորձելու է արտասահմանում գտնվող իր ակտիվները բերել Ադրբեջան, եթե որոշի շարունակել դոլարի վաճառքը` մանաթի կտրուկ արժեզրկումը կանխելու համար, որը նույնպես չի կարող երկար տեւել:

«Ակնհայտ է, որ մանաթի ներկայիս փոխարժեքն արհեստական է: Եթե մանաթն ազատականացվի, մեկ դոլարը կանցնի 2 մանաթը, եւ անգամ կարող է հասնել 3 մանաթի: Դա կախված է տարադրամի պահուստի ծավալից: Կենտրոնական բանկը խոսում է 4 մլրդ դոլարից, Նավթի հիմնադրամը` 35 մլրդ դոլարից: Բայց այդ պահուստն ամբողջությամբ փողով չէ, դրա հիմնական մասը անշարժ գույքի եւ այլ ոլորտներում է: Եթե մեր արտարժույթի կանխիկ պահուստները հայտարարվածից պակաս է, ապա դոլարը կարող էանցնել անգամ 3 մանաթը», -նշել է նա: 

Անդրադառնալով թեմային, Ադրբեջանի դեմոկրատական կուսակցության փոխնախագահ Սախավաթ Ալիսոյն էլ հայտարարել է, որ մանաթի հետագա արժեզրկումն ու գների աճը Ադրբեջանում անխուսափելի է:«Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից արհեստական ներարկումներով մանաթի փոխարժեքը կայուն պահել անհնարին է, այդ պատճառով էլ այդ աննորմալ վիճակը անհաջողության մատնվեց: Մեկնարկված տնտեսական բարեփոխումները լուրջ արդյունք չտվեցին:Մանաթի 3-րդ արժեզրկումն անխուսափելի է», -ասել է Սախավաթ Ալիսոյը:

Վերջին մեկ տարում ադրբեջանական մանաթը ամերիկյան դոլարի նկատմամբ երկու անգամ արժեզրկվել եւ, անցյալ տարվա սկզբին եղած 0,802 մանաթի համեմատ, մեկ դոլարի դիմաց հասել է 1,67 - 1,69 մանաթի:
