Time-ը ի մի է բերել 11 ուտելիքներ ու սննդային միջոցներ, որոնցից մարդ ոչ միայն չի կշտանում, այլև ընդհակառակը` է՛լ ավելի շատ քաղց է զգում:   Այդ մթերքների թվում են`  

Սպիտակ հացը, որը միայն գիրանալուն է նպաստում:  

Հյութերը, այսպես կոչված, «առողջ» հյութերը, որոնք իրականում պարունակում են ոչ թե մեր սիրելի մրգերը, այլ դրանց շաքարային կողմը: Մի բաժակ հյութը ավելի շուտ արյան շաքարը կբարձրացնի, քան քաղցը կհագեցնի:  

Աղի ուտեստները, ինչպիսիք են չիպսը, աղի բոկեղը («կրենդել»)   «Արագ սննդի» խորտիկները, քանի որ առհասարակ արագ սնունդը ստեղծվում  է այնպես, որ ճարպերը լցնեն աղիքները, իսկ ախորժակի վերահսկման համար անհրաժեշտ նյութերի արտադրությունը խոչընդոտվում է:  

Ալկոհոլը, որը, ըստ աղբյուրի, նվազեցնում է առողջ սնունդ սպառելու մտադրությունը:  

Սպիտակ պաստան, որը ի վերջո նպաստում է արյան շաքարի նվազմանը և հանգեցնում բկլիկության:

  Նատրիումի գլուտամատը, որը սնունդարտադրողները օգտագործում են որպես սննդային հավելում: Հատկապես շատ է ավելացվում չինական խոհանոցի ուտեստների մեջ, ինչպես նաև` սուպերում, գարեջրում ու պաղպաղակում:  

Սուշիի ռոլերը. սուշիի դեպքում մարդ միշտ ավելի շատ բրինձ է ուտում, քան ձկնեղեն:   Արհեստական քաղցրացուցիչները, որոնք խաբում են մեր ուղեղին, իսկ մեզ ստիպում օրվա ընթացքում ավելի շատ քաղցրեղեն օգտագործել:
