Ֆրանսիայի Մայկոն քաղաքում մեկնարկել է ըմբշամարտի աշխարհի երիտասարդական առաջնությունը: «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկացնում է, որ առաջինը մեր ընտրանուց պայքարը սկսել է հունահռոմեական ոճի ըմբիշ Սերգեյ Սիմոնյանը (50 կգ), ով կարողացել է մեկնարկային գոտեմարտում հաղթան ակ տանել Ադրբեջանը ներկայացնող Զիյադ Զեյնալովին:
Հաջորդ փուլում հայ ըմբիշը մրցելու է Ջիովաննի Ֆրենի (Իտալիա)-Հաքան Մուրաթ (Թուրքիա) զույգի հաղթողի հետ:
