 Սիրիայում քիմիական զենքի օգտագործման մեղավորների բացահայտման աշխատանքը շարունակվում Է, սեպտեմբերի կեսերին կներկայացվի ՄԱԿ-ի եւ Քիմիական զենքի արգելման կազմակերպության չորրորդ զեկույցը: Այդ մասին հայտարարել Է Հետաքննության համատեղ մեխանիզմի ղեկավ ար Վիրջինիա Գամբան: Օգոստոսի 30-ին նա ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի անդամների քննարկմանն Է ներկայացրել Սիրիայում քլորի կամ այլ թունավոր նյութերի՝ որպես քիմիական զենքի կիրառման մեղավորների բացահայտման երրորդ զեկույցը:

«(Իննից) երեք միջադեպերի վերաբերյալ մենք կարողացել ենք բացահայտել մեղավորներին: Մենք հանգել ենք այն եզրակացության, որ դրանցից երկուսում Սիրիայի ռազմաօդային ուժերն օգտագործել են քլորին գազ, իսկ մեկում՝ ԻՊ-ն օգտագործել Է մանանեխի գազ»,- Գամբայի խոսքը մեջբերում Է ՄԱԿ-ի նորությունների կենտրոնը:  

«Ես ձեզ կասեմ, թե ինչ միջադեպերի մասին Է խոսքը. առաջինը՝ Թալմենես (Իդլիբի մուխաֆազա (մարզ) 2014 թվականի ապրիլի 21 եւ երկրորդը՝ Սարմին (Իդլիբի մուխաֆազա) 2015 թվականի մարտի 16. այս երկու միջադեպերի հետ առնչություն ունեն Սիրիայի ռազմաօդային ուժերը: Երրորդ դեպքը տեղի Է ունեցել 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 21-ին Մարեա քաղաքում (Հալեպի մուխաֆազա). մեղսակից Է «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորումը:  

Համատեղ առաքելության ղեկավարը հայտնել Է, որ մյուս միջադեպերի վերաբերյալ մեղավորների բացահայտման աշխատանքը շաունակվում Է, հաղորդել Է «Ինտերֆաքս»-ը :
