Կոլումբիայում բանակը եւ ապստամբները խստիվ պահպանում են հրադադարի ռեժիմը

Կոլումբիայի բանակը, ոստիկանությունը եւ Հեղափոխական զինված ուժերի (FARC) խմբավորումը «անշեղորեն պահպանում են» լիակատար ու վերջնական հրադադարի ռեժիմը, որը երկրի տարածքում ուժի մեջ Է մտել օգոստոսի 29-ին ժամը 00:00-ին (Երեւանի ժամանակով ժամը 09:00-ին): Այդ մասին օգոստոսի 30-ին հայտնել Է Կոլումբիայի ազգային պաշտպանության նախարար Լուիս Կառլոս Վիլիեգաս Էչեվերին՝ պատմելով ներքին զինված հակամարտության ավարտվելու վերաբերյալ FARC-ի հետ ձեռք բերած համաձայնությունից հետո հանրապետությունում տիրող իրադրության մասին:

«Զեկուցագրերը, որոնք ստացվում են տարբեր տարածաշրջաններից, վկայում են, որ կողմերը լրջորեն են վերաբերվել հրադադարի եւ թշնամական գործողությունների վերաբերյալ պայմանագրին»,-նշել Է նախարարը: Նրա խոսքով՝ «ապստամբական ստորաբաժանումներն սկսել են շարժվել» դեպի այն շրջաններ, որոնք FARC-ի ջոկատների հավաքման համար նշանակված են որպես զենքի հանձնման եւ զորացրման նախնական քայլ: «Մենք տեղեկատվություն ենք ստանում այն մասին, թե որտեղ են գտնվում ապստամբների ջոկատները»,-նշել Է նախարարը: 

Օգոստոսի 24-ին Կոլումբիայի կառավարության եւ FARC-ի պատվիրակությունների անդամները Կուբայի մայրաքաղաքում հայտարարել են, որ իրենք վերջնական համաձայնության են հասել հաշտության շուրջ, որպեսզի այդպիսով վերջ դնեն կեսդարյա ներքին զինված հակամարտությանը: Հոկտեմբերի 2-ին հանրապետությունում տեղի կունենա հանրաքվե, որի շրջանակներում բնակչությունն իր կարծիքը կհայտնի իշխանությունների եւ ապստամբների միջեւ հաշտության պայմանագրի վերաբերյալ:

Կոլումբիայի իշխանությունների եւ FARC-ի միջեւ զինված հակամարտությունն սկսվել Է 1960-ական թվականներին: Անցած ժամանակաշրջանում դրա զոհ Է դարձել ավելի քան 200 հազար մարդ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
