Դատարանը հրաժարվել է ազատ արձակել քրեական հեղինակություն Շաքրո Մոլոդոյին

Մոսկվայի պետական դատարանը մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 15-ը երկարաձգել է Զախարիա Քալաշովի կալանքը, որը քրեական շրջանակներում հայտնի է որպես «օրենքով գող» Շաքրո Մոլոդոյ, դատարանի դահլիճից հայտնում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստին»:
Այսպիսով դատարանը մերժել է նրա փաստաբանի վերաքննիչ բողոքը, որը խնդրել էր կասեցման միջոցը փոխարինել կալանքի հետ կապ չունեցող որեւէ միջոցով:
Մոսկվայի Տվերյան դատարանն ավելի վաղ որոշել էր նրա կալանքը երկարաձգել մինչեւ նոյեմբերի 15-ը, բայց փաստաբանները բողոքարկել են դատարանի որոշումը` խնդրելով կասեցման միջոցը փոխարինել կալանքի հետ կապ չունեցող միջոցով:
Քալաշովը ձերբակալվել է հուլիսի 13-ին` Մոսկվայում Ռոչդելյան փողոցում գտնվող ռեստորանի սեփականատիրոջից խոշոր գումար կորզելու գործով: 2015-ի դեկտեմբերին այս հաստատության մոտ «հաշիվներ պարզելիս» հակամարտող կողմերը փոխհրաձգություն են կազմակերպել, որի ընթացքում երկու մարդ է սպանվել:
Քալաշովից բացի, կորզման գործով անցնում են Ռոչդելյան փողոցում փոխհրաձգության մասնակիցներ Անդրեյ Կոչույկովը, որը քրեական աշխարհում հայտնի է որպես Իտալացի, եւ Էդուարդ Ռոմանովը:
