Ասիայում մթնոլորտի աղտոտումն ամենալուրջ խնդիրն է: Վերջին տարիներին Ասիայում սմոգի հաստ շերտը պատել է շատ քաղաքներ: Օդն այնքան կեղտոտ է, որ սմոգի պատճառով տեսանելիությունը հավասար է զրոյի: Ուրեմն, ինչպե՞ս կարելի է լուծել այս խնդիրը:

Լուծումներից մեկը սև մրից ինչ-որ օգտակար բան ստանալն է: Սակայն ի՞նչ կարելի է ստանալ մրից: Պարզվում է, որ դրանով կարելի է գրել. Սինգապուրի լաբորատորիաներից մեկում Անիրուդ Շարման սև ածխի մնացորդից և մրից ստանում է սև թանաք: Սկզբունքը պարզ է. նրանք զարգացնում զտման համակարգը, այսինքն հեռացնում են մրի և ածխի վնասակար մասնիկները: Այդ առանձնացված էքստրակտներով էլ պատարստվում է սև թանաքը, որը կարող է օգտագորվել որպես գրիչ: Այս հետաքրքիր թանաքն անվանում են «Օդային թանաք»՝ այսինքն թանաք՝ պատրաստված մթնոլորտի աղտոտումից:

Շարման ասում է, որ թանաք նրանք ստանում են մեքենաների արտանետած օդից, սակայն հնարավոր կլինի նաև վերամշակել գործարանների, ծխնելույզների և այլ սարքերի արտանետած թունավոր օդը:

Կարող եք տեսնել, որ սարքից զտվելուց հետո, օդը սևից դառնում է սպիտակ:Այս տեխնոլոգիան իսկապես հիասքանչ և նորարական է և այն կարող է պայքարել գլոբար տաքացման և կլիմայական փոփոխության դեմ: Օդային թանաքով գրելն իսկապես հետաքրքիր է, այնպես չէ՞: Հուսով ենք, որ ապագայում այս տեխնոլոգիան ավելի կկատարելագործվի և հասանելի կլինի շատերի համար:
