 ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Գիտելիքի օրվա կապակցությամբ: Ինչպես«Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, ուղերձում ասվում է.

«Սիրելի դպրոցականներ, ուսանողներ, մանկավարժներ, կրթության բնագավառի ներկայացուցիչներ,
Շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ սեպտեմբերի մեկի` նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի և Գիտելիքի օրվա կապակցությամբ:
Յուրաքանչյուր տարվա սեպտեմբերի մեկը հիշարժան է և անմոռանալի: Հանրապետության բոլոր ուսումնական հաստատություններում  այսօր տրվում է նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկն ու հազարավոր դպրոցականներ և ուսանողներ հուզմունքով ու սրտի թրթիռով մտնում են հարազատ կրթօջախ:  

Առանձնակի խանդավառությամբ դպրոց են մտնում մեր առաջին դասարանցիները:  Նրանք  գիտելիք ստանալու իրենց առաջին քայլերն են անելու, ճանաչելու են զարմանահրաշ մի նոր աշխարհ: Դպրոցում ստանալու են բազմաթիվ գիտելիքներ, տարիների ընթացքում խորացնելու են դրանք, որն էլ ապագայում դառնալու է հասուն կյանք մտնելու իրենց այցեքարտն ու ուղենիշը:

Ժամանակակից աշխարհը նոր պահանջներ է ներկայացնում մասնագիտական կրթությանը: Այժմ բավարար չէ լինել պարզապես մասնագետ. կրթական  ոլորտում իրականացվող բոլոր գործընթացները միտված են մրցունակ և որակյալ մասնագետների պատրաստմանը: Որակյալ կրթությունը, բարձրակարգ մասնագետ լինելը ժամանակի հրամայականն է: Ակնկալում ենք, որ նոր ուսումնական տարին մեր ուսանողների համար կլինի, մասնագիտական հմտությունների խորացման, կրթության և գիտելիքի արժևորման տարի:

Նոր ուսումնական տարին պարտավորեցնող է կրթության ոլորտի բոլոր պատասխանատուների համար: Մանկավարժների, պրոֆեսորադասախոսական անձնակազմի համար սկսվում է աշխատանքային պատասխանատու   շրջան, որի ընթացքում նրանց ջանքերն ուղղվելու են մեկ գերագույն նպատակի՝ կրթել գիտելիքներով հարուստ, մրցունակ, առողջ և արժանապատիվ սերունդ:

Վստահ եմ այս ամենի համար ունենք և՛ բավարար ներուժ, և՛ անկոտրում կամք: Շնորհավորելով բոլոր դպրոցականներին, ուսանողներին, մանկավարժներին, դասախոսներին, կրթության բնագավառի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչներին նոր ուսումնական տարվա մեկնարկի ու Գիտելիքի օրվա կապակցությամբ՝ մաղթում եմ նորանոր հաջողություններ ու ձեռքբերումներ»:
