Ինչպես հաղթահարել բաժանման ցավը

Բաժանումը ցավոտ է․ կարեւոր չէ՝ դու ես լքել նրան, թե նա քեզ։ Կորստի պատճառած ցավը տանջում է բոլորին, եւ կյանքի այս շրջանում մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը աջակցության կարիք է զգում։ Եվ կանայք, եւ տղամադրիկ հայտնվում են այս իրավիճակում, եւ բոլորն էլ հաղթահարում են այդ ցավը։ Ուստի, իմացիր, թե ինչ է հարկավոր անել այդ պարագայում։
Թեկուզ ցավոտ է, բայց անցողիկ
Խոցված հոգին ավելի է տանջում, քան ֆիզիկական ցավը։ Այո, այժմ քեզ համար շատ տանջալից օրեր են, բայց բարեբախտաբար դրանք անցողիկ են։ Կգա ժամանակ, որ դու նրան բացասաբար չես հիշի։
Հաղթահարիր այդ ժամանակը
Սովորաբար նման դեպքերում մարդիկ թաքցնում են իրենց ցավն ու տանջանքը։ Սակայն տանը, քո սենյակում կարող ես տրվել զգացմունքներին եւ անել այն, ինչ ցանկանում ես՝ նայել նրա լուսանկարը, տխուր ֆիլմ դիտել, երաժշտություն լսել, քնել, թեյ խմել։ Վայելիր այդ ակնթարթները, քանի որ եթե չարձակես զգացմունքներդ, դրանք հոգեբանական լուրջ խնդիրներ կարող են առաջացնել։
Մի շտապիր վերջ դնել դրան
Հնարավոր չէ երեք օրում մոռանալ այն, ինչ տեւական ժամանակ երջանկություն է պարգեւել քեզ։ Չկա հստակ սահմանված ժամանակ, թե երբ կմոռանաս այդ ցավերի մասին, սակայն պետք է ուժեղ լինել։
Մի վախեցիր հիշողություններից
Տարածված մեթոդ է՝ փորձել մոռանալ կամ չհիշել այն, ինչ քեզ համար թանկ է եղել, չգնալ այն այգին, ուր միասին եք զբոսնել, լսել «ձեր երկուսի երգերը»։
Հիմարություն է, ինչու պետք է հրաժարվես քո սրտի համար թանկ հիշողություններից։ Արա այն, ինչ ցանկանում ես։ Ինչու չպետք է լսես քո սիրելի երաժշտությունը։ Իսկ իր տված նվերներից կարելի է ազատվել՝ վերդարձնելով նրան։ Եթե չես կարող, ուրեմն տուր կարիքավորներին։
Սպորտով զբաղվիր
Նախընտրելի է ոչ խմբային․ վազիր, լողա, գնա մարզասրահ, իսկ ամենակատարյալը՝ զբաղվիր բռնցքամարտով։ Սպորտը՝ հատկապես ուժային մարզումները, կօգնեն ազատվել հոգուդ ներսում եղած ցավից ու տանջանքից։
Երկրորդ հնարավորությունն անթույլատրելի է
Պայքարիր ամեն ինչ նորից սկսելու քո ցանկության դեմ։ «Նորից»-ը չի կարող լինել, երկրորդ կամ երրորդ հնարավորությունն անթույլատրելի է։ Դու արդեն մեկ անգամ փորձել ես, եւ ինչ ես ստացել դրա դիմաց։ Ի՞նչ է փոխվել ձեր բաժանումից հետո։ Նա փոխվե՞լ է։ Իսկ դու՞։ Հասուն մարդկանց այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ խաբել:
