1. Վերադառնալ նրան, ինչը չի աշխատել
Լինի դա աշխատանք, կամ դադարած հարաբերություն, որն ավարտվել է լավ պատճառով՝ հարկավոր չէ վերադառնալ նույն բանին՝ ակնկալելով տարբեր արդյունքներ, քանի որ ամեն ինչ նույնն է մնացել:
2. Անել այնպիսի բան, որը պահանջում է լինել «այլ մարդ», քան նրանք իրականում են
Յուրաքանչյուր բան անելիս հարկավոր է հարցնել ինքներս մեզ. «Ինչու՞ եմ ես սա անում: Արդյոք համապատասխանում եմ ես այս գործին»: Եթե այս հարցերից որևէ մեկի պատասխանը ոչ է, ապա այլ, շատ հստակ պատճառ պետք է ունենաք ձեր որոշածը շարունակելու:
3. Փորձել փոխել ուրիշ մարդուն
Երբ հասկանում եք, որ չեք կարող որևէ մեկին ստիպել ինչ-որ բան անել, ավելի լավ է նրան ազատություն և անգամ սխալվելու հնարավորություն տաք: Այսպես վարվելով դուք ձեր սեփական ազատությունն էլ կգտնեք:
4. Հավատալ, որ նրանք կարող են գոհացնել բոլորին
Երբ հասկանում եք, որ հնարավոր չէ բոլորին գոհացնել, դուք սկսում եք ապրել ավելի իմաստալից կյանքով՝ փորձելով օգնել և գոհացնել ճիշտ մարդկանց:
5. Ընտրել կարճաժամկետ հարմարավետությունը, այլ ոչ թե երկարաժամկետ շահը
Եթե հաջողակ մարդիկ գիտակցում են, որ նրանք կարիքն ունեն այնպիսի բանի, որը պահանջում է ծանրակշիռ ու ցավոտ քայլեր կատարել, նրանք անում են դա, քանի որ հասկանում են որ որոշ ժամանակ անց հասնելու են նպատակին: Սա հիմնական տարբերությունն է հաջողակ և անհաջողակ մարդկանց միջև՝ թե՛ անձնական, թե՛ մասնագիտական տեսանկյուններից:
