Սեյրան Օհանյանի կինը քաղաքացիական հայց է ներկայացրել «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի դեմ

Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարի կնոջ՝ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի փաստաբան Կարեն Մեջլումյանը դիմել է Կենտրոն եւ Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան՝ պահանջելով «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթից հերքում տալ եւ ներողություն խնդրել Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանին զրպարտելու համար։
Այսօր՝ մայիսի 29-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում փաստաբանը մանրամասնեց, թե ինչ հիմքով են դիմել դատարան։
«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը մայիսի քսանմեկին հրապարակել է «Հանրությունն ուզում է իմանալ» վերտառությամբ հոդված, որտեղ գրված է, թե Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը, վարելով ընկերոջ մեքենան, վթարի է ենթարկվել, որի հետեւանքով մարդ է մահացել։ Սա ակնհայտ սուտ է, զրպարտող նյութ է։ Այնուհետեւ մենք պատասխան ուղարկեցինք խմբագրությանը, հերքում պահանջեցինք, սակայն ամսի 23-ին արդեն երկրորդ հրապարակումն է լինում, որտեղ գրված է, որ իրենք հղում են արել hzham.am կայքին։ Այդ պատճառով ամսի քսանհինգին դիմել ենք դատարան, քանի որ ամսի 23-ի հրապարակումը դիտարկեցինք՝ որպես մեր պատասխանի մերժում։ Քաղաքացիական հայցով ենք դիմել՝ պահանջելով պատասխանը հրապարակել, հերքում տալ եւ ներողություն խնդրել Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանից»,- ասաց փաստաբանը՝ նշելով, որ իրենք գումարային պահանջ չունեն։
Ասուլիսին ներկա էր նաեւ «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթի լրագրող, նյութի հեղինակ Սյուզան Սիմոնյանը, որը հայտնեց, որ իրենք պատասխանը ստացել են միայն մայիսի 25-ին։
«Դուք նամակում նշել եք, որ պատասխանը հրապարակվի մինչեւ մայիսի 30-ը։ Ինչո՞ւ եք դիմել դատարան։ Մենք հղում ենք արել hzham.am-ին»,- ասաց լրագրողը։
Փաստաբանն ընդգծեց, որ կայքը, որին «Հրապարակ»-ը հղում է արել, ֆեյք է, ստեղծվել է ընդամենը 1.5 ամիս առաջ։
«Այդ կայքն օրական մի քանի անգամ զրպարտող, վիրավորական եւ հայհոյախառը նյութ է հրապարակվում Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի եւ նրա ամուսնու մասին։ Վթարի հետ կապված այդ կայքում գրված է, որ 2012թ.-ին Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը վարել է Հովիկ Հայրապետյանի մեքենան, վթար է տեղի ունեցել, եւ Հովիկ Հայրապետյանը մահացել է։ Դա ակնհայտ սուտ է։ Նման վթար իսկապես տեղի է ունեցել, բայց այդ գործով դատապարտվել է Աննա անունով մի մարդ։ Դատավճիռը եղել է 2013թ. ապրիլին։ Մենք այս կայքի դեմ էլ ենք հայցադիմում պատրաստել եւ դիմելու ենք դատարան»,- ավելացրեց նա։
Նշենք, որ մայիսի 28-ին պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը հաստատել էր տեղեկությունը նաեւ այն մասին, որ կնոջը զրպարտող հրապարակումների վերաբերյալ ինքը դիմել է գլխավոր դատախազ Գեւորգ Կոստանյանին։
