Գուցե ՀԷՑ-ը կբարեհաճի պարզաբանե՞լ. մահվան ելքով հերթական դժբախտ դեպքը՝ Գյումրիում

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Օրերս մահվան ելքով հերթական դժբախտ դեպքն արձանագրվեց Գյումրիում: Ըստ մեզ տրամադրված պաշտոնական տեղեկատվության` օգոստոսի 23-ին՝ ժամը 22:20-ի սահմաններում, Գյումրիի շտապբուժօգնության կայան կանչ է ստացվել քաղաքացու կողմից առ այն, որ Կատովսկի փողոցում կին է ընկած: Շտապօգնության խումբը դեպքի վայր հասնելուց հետո պարզել է, որ տվյալ տարածքում մահացած կինը 1959թ. ծնված՝ Կատովսկի 7 հասցեի բնակիչ Ջուլիետա Բադոյանն է: ՇԲՕԿ խմբի բժիշկը ախտորոշել է կենսաբանական մահ` էլեկտրահարությունից:
Բանն այն է, որ կինը այդ օրը երեկոյան՝ այդ ուշ ժամին տեղացող հորդառատ անձրեւի ժամանակ, իր տնից դուրս է եկել՝ ցանկանալով մտնել հարեւանությամբ գտնվող հայրական տուն, ինչի ընթացքում էլ էլեկտրական հաղորդալարը պոկվել ու ընկել է նրա վրա, եւ վերջինս տեղում մահացել է:
Գյումրու ՇԲՕԿ-ից մեզ պարզաբանեցին, որ մահը, ըստ իրենց բժշկի եզրակացության, վրա է հասել էլեկտրահարությունից, սակայն քանի որ այդ դեպքում բժիշկը դիակին դիպչելու իրավունք չունի, որպեսզի տեսնի էլեկտրահարության հետքերը` հոսանքի մուտքի եւ ելքի տեղերը մարմնի վրա, ապա մնացյալ տեղեկատվությունն արդեն կհստակեցնի համապատասխան հետաքննությունը:
Դեպքի առնչությամբ թեեւ երեք օր է անցել, սակայն որեւէ կերպ չեն արձագանքել ու պարզաբանում չեն տվել ո՛չ ՀԷՑ-ի «Ղարս» մասնաճյուղը եւ ոչ էլ բուն ՀԷՑ-ը, մինչդեռ կարծես թե հարցն անմիջապես իրենց է վերաբերում, քանի որ էլեկտրալարը, որի պատասխանատուն էլցանցն է, պոկվել ու ընկել է կնոջ վրա:
Իհարկե, այստեղ տեղին կլինի հարցադրումը հերթական անգամ ուղղել ՀԷՑ-ին` գուցե վերջապես բարեհաճեն անմիջականորեն կամ «Ղարս» մասնաճյուղի միջոցով պարզաբանել կատարվածը, ինչպես նաեւ պարզաբանել, թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ հոսանքի թանկացման համար տասնյակ հատորներով հիմնավորումներ ներկայացնող ՀԷՑ-ը այդպես էլ չկարողացավ իր պարտավորությունների ծիրում գտնվող ներդրումների շրջանակներում Գյումրիում նորացնել հենասյուներն ու էլեկտրալարերը: Իսկ Գյումրիում տասնյակներով ու հարյուրներով կարելի է հաշվել մի քանի տասնամյակի տարիք ունեցող փայտե կամ մետաղե հենասյուները` ծանրաբեռնված արագիլի բույն հիշեցնող լարերով, որոնք ամեն վայրկյան ենթակա են կարճ միացումների ու հրդեհավտանգ են, չասելու համար նաեւ` հանրային վտանգավուություն ունեն շրջակայքի բնակիչների համար եւ ոչ միայն:
Ի դեպ, գյումրեցիները հրավիրում են Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի ուշադրությունը՝ Ռոբերտ Նազարյանի գլխավորությամբ, համապատասխան ստուգումներ անցկացնել Գյումրիում եւ պարզել հենասյուների պիտանելիության աստիճանն ու այլ հարակից հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերում են հին ու վտանգավոր հենասյուներին ու էլեկտրալարերին»:
