Հայաստանի տնտեսության առջև ծառացած  գլխավոր խնդիրներից մեկը դիվերսիֆիկացիայի պակասն է: ԵՊՀ տնտեսագիտության և կառավարման ֆակուլտետում ուսանողների հետ հանդիպման ընթացքում այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարար Արծվիկ Մինասյանը:

«Այսօր մենք տեսնում ենք, որ տնտեսության ոլորտը՝ համաձայն ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության տվյալների, հիմնականում կենտրոնացված է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում: Սա արդյունավետ տնտեսվարման օրինակ չէ, որովհետև ցանկացած երկրում գյուղատնտեսության մեջ զբաղվածությունը չի կարող այդքան մեծ լինել: Արդյունաբերական տնտեսությունը կարող է ապահովել զբաղվածության մեծ աստիճան մի կողմից, մյուս կողմից՝ ոչ գյուղատնտեսական աշխատատեղեր, իսկ գյուղատնտեսության ստեղծածը պետք է վերաբաշխվի տվյալ ռեսուրսի սեփականատերերի, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի բնակչ ության միջև»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց նախարարը:

Նախարարը Հայաստանի տնտեսության առջև ծառացած  խնդիր է համարում նաև արհեստական խոչընդոտները, որոնք ստեղծվում են տնտեսվարողների համար: «Արհեստական խոչընդոտ է ոչ բավարար մրցակցային վիճակի առկայությունը, երբ առանձին շուկաներում մենք ունենք կենտրոնացվածության բարձր աստիճան, ինչպես նաև ներմուծումների չափազանց մեծ մակարդակը, որը հայրենական արտադրության շրջանակներում որոշակի սահմանափակումների է հանգեցնում: Այս խնդիրները կարգավորելու համար հակամենաշնորհային ակտիվ քաղաքականությունը և տեղական արտադրության խթանման քաղաքականւթյունը զուգահեռաբար պետք է իրականացվեն: Եվ առաջիկայում մեր շեշտադրումը լինելու է հենց այս ուղղության վրա, որպեսզի մենք ապագայում կարողանանք ապահովել իրական առաջընթաց»,- մանրամասնեց Մինասյանը:
