Հայաստան ներմուծված թռչնամսի մոտ 90 տոկոսը ենթարկվել է լաբորատոր փորձաքննության

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարութն սննդի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել Հայաստան ներմուծվող թռչնամսի որակի վերաբերյալ:«Արմենպրես»-ը ստորև ներկայացնում է պարզաբանումն ամբողջությամբ.
«Հայաստանի թռչնաբույծների միության նախագահ Սերգեյ Ստեփանյանը 168.amկայքին տված հարցազրույցում, խոսելով ներմուծված թռչնամսի որակի մասին, նշել էր, թե «Առավել վտանգավոր է հատկապես Թուրքիայից ներկրվող «փրթված» թռչնամիսը, որը հիմնականում օգտագործում են արագ սննդի մեջ»: Հայաստանի թռչնաբույծների միության նախագահը պետք է, որ իմանար՝ ավելի քան մեկ տարի է, ինչ Թուրքիայից Հայաստան թռչնամիս չի ներկրվում և չներկրված ապրանքի վտանգավորության մասին դատողություններ անելուց առաջ ճշտումներ աներ լիազոր մարմնից: ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտագության պետական ծառայության պետի հրամանով՝ 2015 թվականի մայիսի 7-ից արգելվել է Թուրքիայի Հանրապետությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք ներմուծել կենդանի թռչուն, թռչնամթերք, հումք (փետուր, աղվամազ), ապրանքային և ինկուբացիոն ձու, մսոսկրային ալյուր, կերեր, լրացակերեր (բացառությամբ սինթետիկ և քիմիական նյութեր պարունակող լրացակերերի), պոլիմերային և ստվարաթղթե պալարային տուփեր և միջադիրներ՝ մինչև կարանտինի չեղյալ հայտարարելը, և առ այսօր Թուրքիայից ներմուծան որևէ դեպք չի եղել: Մինչ այդ եղել են թուրքական ծագման թռչնամիսը հետ վերադարձնե լու դեպքեր՝ պայմանավորված Ծառայության հայտնաբերած խախտումներով:
ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը տեղեկացնում է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածք ներմուծվող թռչնամսի գերակշիռ մասը ենթարկվում է լաբորատոր փորձաքննության, որի արդյունքների հիման վրա էլ թույլատրվում է ներմուծումը: Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունը, սահմանային պետական վերահսկողության շրջանակներում, 2016 թվականին (օգոստոսի 30-ի դրությամբ) ներմուծված թռչնամսի 662 խմբաքանակներից լաբորատոր փորձաքննության է ենթարկել 572-ը՝ 87 տոկոսը, ինչը բավականին բարձր ցուցանիշ է այլ երկրների համեմատությամբ: Փորձաքնն ություններ չեն իրականացվել միայն այն դեպքերում, երբ, ԵԱՏՄ կարգավորումներին համապատասխան, միևնույն ներմուծողի բեռը սահմանային վերահսկողության շրջանակնում բազմակի անգամ ենթարկվել է լաբորատոր փորձաքննության, խախտումներ չի հայտնաբերվել, ունեցել է ցածր ռիսկայնություն. սահմանային վերահսկողության իրականացնելիս Ծառայությունն առաջնորդվում է ներմուծման ռիսկերի մեթոդաբանությամբ:
Քանի որ ներմուծվող խմբաքանակների սահմանային զննման ժամանակ զգայորոշման փոփոխություններ և անհամապատասխանություններ չեն հայտնաբերվել, խմբաքանակներից վերցված նմուշները ենթարկվել են փորձաքննության անվտանգության սահմանված ցուցանիշների նկատմամբ: Տարվա ընթացքում Ուկրաինայից ներմուծվող՝ 19480կգ բրոյլեր սառեցված ճտի և 19800կգ հավի աղացած մսի խմբաքանակների ներմուծումն արգելվել է՝ քանի որ անվտանգության ցուցանիշներով սահմանված նորմերին չհամապատասխանելու պատճառով:
Ծառայությունը կարևոր խնդիր է համարում, որ իրացման կետերում և փոխադրման ընթացքում նույնպես պահպանվեն թռչնամսի պահպման պայմանները և տնտեսավարողներին հորդորում է խստորեն հետևել սահմանված պահանջների կատարմանը. նշված դեպքում վերահսկողությունն իրականացվում է պարբերական անասնահամաճարակային մշտադիտարկումների, դիտարկումների և ստուգումներրի միջոցով»:
