Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդը ամբողջությամբ պաշտպանել են ուսումնական տարվա սկսվելու կապակցությամբ Եռակողմ շփման խմբի կողմից Ուկրաինայի հակամարտության գոտում կրակի դադարեցման համաձայնեցված ռեժիմը, այն պետք Է սկիզբ դնի կայուն հրադադարին:

Այդ մասին ասված Է Գերմանիայի եւ Ֆրանսիայի ղեկավարների համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ, որը հրապարակել Է ԳՖՀ-ի նախարարների կաբինետը:Հրադադարի հերթական ռեժիմը Դոնբասում ուժի մեջ Է մտել սեպտեմբերի 1-ին Կիեւի ժամանակով կեսգիշերին: Դրա շուրջ կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շփման խմբի՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին Մինսկում կայացած նիստում: Հրադադարը կապված Է ուսումնական տարվա սկսվելու հետ: Կիեւում եւ ինքնահռչակ ԴԺՀ-ում հայտարարել են, որ զինադադարը պահպանվում Է:

«Կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելը եւ Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Ֆրանսուա Օլանդն ամբողջությամբ պաշտպանում են ուսումնական տարվա սկսվելու կապակցությամբ Ուկրաինայի գծով Եռակողմ շփման խմբի կողմից հակամարտության ամբողջ գոտում հրադադարի համապարփակ ռեժիմի համաձայնեցումը: Նրանք ընդգծում են, որ այդ հրադադարը պետք Է կրակի կայուն դադարեցման սկիզբ դառնա»,-նշվում Է հայտարարության մեջ:

Օլանդը եւ Մերկելը նաեւ լուրջ մտահոգություն են հայտնել Ուկրաինայի արեւելքում, մասնավորապես, շփման գծում, տիրող իրադրության կապակցությամբ՝ վերահաստատելով «նորմանդական» ձեւաչափով աշխատանքը շարունակելու իրենց պատրաստակամությունը հանուն ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորմանը վերաբերող Մինսկի համաձայնությունների կատարման, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
